Skönt med markplan . Badet i sjön.

Saknade kylskåp o utebord. Det var ju markplan o då vill man ju gärna sitta ute .

What a fantastic location - I hope the service quality will improve soon!

The lakeside location and the natural surroundings of the castle are stunning, resembling a postcard-perfect scene! Unfortunately, the comfort, the staff and the level of service do not match the beauty of the setting.
The thoughtfully designed rooms complement the overall aesthetic beautifully. Great job!
It would be beneficial to upgrade the mattresses as well!

Cons:

The reception was very disappointing, with no explanations provided. I was simply told that there were no rooms available in the castle and directed to a nearby building, which had recently been renovated, resulting in a strong smell of paint and woollen carpets. Despite expressing my concerns about the gravel path and the need to carry my bags a considerable distance while feeling exhausted, I received no offer of assistance.

Although the room has a lovely interior design, the mattress is extremely soft, which caused me back pain.
The dinner experience at the restaurant in the evening was also unsatisfactory. Perhaps I had my expectations set too high!

My overall impression was that the staff seemed to lack enthusiasm for their work, making customers feel fortunate if they even received a greeting! Additionally, everything is in Swedish, which poses challenges for any foreign visitors.

Allt man kunde önska

Cons:

Dålig information om att bröllop var på gång, och att man blev utskörd, fick inte ens vänta på besöksparkeringen, utan blev tillsagd att lämna området , genast. Bröllpsgästerna skulle dessutom lämna med buss, en kvart innan min skjuts skulle hämta upp mig. Vi hade dagen innan ätit middag och övernattat 5 personer. ..
När vi frågade dagen innan om det inte finns en terrass på baksidan, så får vi till svar; Nej, det är bara sten! Nä finns platser ute... Och där satt vi senare.Vilket svar, nej fy.
Åker inte tillbaka . Finns trevligare ställen, där man får också god mat, och trevligt bemötande

Super locatie; het personeel mag meer betrokken zijn.

De entourage, de kamer, het diner, het ontbijt.

Cons:

De wifi code werd niet automatisch verstrekt of lag ergens klaar. Het ontbijt werd onaangekondigd een uur later gezet. Het had gasten in problemen kunnen brengen als ze tijdig hadden moeten vertrekken. Bij het ontbijt werd geen uitleg gegeven door het personeel. De koffie en thee stonden op andere plekken dan het buffet. Het personeel bij het ontbijtbuffet deed weinig moeite of anticipeerde op te verwachten situaties.

Ok boende men information och bemötande gör att jag inte kommer bo där igen.

Avskilt läge och lätt att parkera.

Cons:

Vid incheckning fick jag information om att frukost stängde 09:00 på utcheckningsdagen, det visade sig att den istället öppnade 08:00 vilket medförde att det inte blev någon frukost. Och det var många med mig som fått felaktig information.
