I recently stayed at Hugo Boutique Hotel and unfortunately had a mixed experience.
The main issue was that the air conditioning in my room was not working, which made the room uncomfortably hot—especially at night. As a result, I struggled to sleep. Opening the window wasn’t a viable solution either, as the noise from nearby nightclubs was extremely loud throughout the night. I raised the issue several times with reception, but unfortunately it was not resolved during my stay.
On a more positive note, the hotel itself is very stylish and well-designed, with a modern and boutique feel. The bar downstairs was a real highlight—great atmosphere, excellent cocktails, and very good food.
Overall, while the aesthetics and amenities are impressive, the lack of functioning air conditioning and noise levels significantly impacted my stay

We loved our stay, we come to have some intimate time together as a couple
Pros:

It’s our third time at Hugo’s boutique hotel and won’t be the last, I like the room with the hot tub and other accessories

Cons:

The rooms need to be taken care of
They are a bit neglected, like the curtains were not functioning good, the lights in the mirror where not changing colour. If you made these kind of rooms you expect to find everything functioning
