everything was super clean, staff was very nice and guided us through everything.
location was nice very good for someone who is looking to party, however it was very loud and ut was not even the weekend so keep that in mind, if you are looking for a quite stay this isn't for you.

Ac was not working well, the shower water was very cold
When we arrived we was greeted pleasantly. The facilities look nice, restaurants, spa. Enjoyed the food too
We stayed in the superior suite which was quite small in comparison to other suites I've stayed in at that price. The hottub motor stopped working on the 2nd night, the reason we booked this suite was for the hottub. The receptionist told us they could move us to another room but at a cost. We was then moved to another room but had to wait a while for this to be arranged, this was complimentary in the end and they also gave us a bottle of prosecco. The areas around the pool also need cleaning properly as there is a strong damp smell when using the beds. Also, went to the New Years party and was unsure wether the fireworks which were quite far away were hugos or not, we was told we'd see the best display but it certainly wasn't, for the entry price this was very disappointing.
