If your booking on booking.com screen shot what your booking because it’s not what we got
Pros:

We booked through booking.com which we were supposed to get a room with a balcony and breakfast
On arrival we we located across the road which is part of the hotel but wasn’t what I booked for
The reception was helpful but couldn’t change our room as they were booked out and then we didn’t get the breakfast
All I can say is screen shot your booking before you confirm

Le lit était très confortable et la piscine agréable. Le personnel a été gentil.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien, la chambre était très chaude et l’odeur des canalisations était forte dans la salle de bain

Pros:

Hotel very nice rooms nice. Staff friendly the only complaint was being. In the annex there was aroom available i the main hotel but we had to pay 60euros .

Relaxation and Luxury
Pros:

An excellent quiet location with easy access to the coast and transport. The atmosphere was relaxing and we were thoroughly looked after. Staff were so helpful especially Suetta who was always cheerful and smiling.

Our room was spacious and clean - a huge balcony too.

All in all an excellent experience…

Comme à la maison !
Pros:

Le personnel était exceptionnellement gentil, l'établissement très confortable, bien équipé et à proximité de différentes plages, restaurants et supérettes à pied.

Cons:

Nous avons pris un studio pour une famille, ce qui n'est pas l'idéal puisque le bruit que nous faisons chacun dérange le sommeil de ceux qui dorment juste à côté.

Brilliant
Pros:

Brilliant stay, Receptionist staff cant remember his name, and Shweta were brilliant. Rooms were immaculate and spacious. Great water pressure in the shower. We were lucky enough to be given a juilette balcony which was a nice touch. I would 100% recommend and come again.
