Remote Beauty
Pros:

Incredible place, with amazing views of Fitz Roy and glaciers. Small and cozy with very attentive staff and superlative food. There are no TVs or internet which I think it’s a plus. There are plenty of hiking trails that can be accessed directly from the property. The road to the lake is about 37 km from El Chalten and it’s not the easiest drive. A 15 minute boat ride then takes you to the lodge.
