Super établissement
Pros:

Grande chambre. 2 lits doubles. Salle de bains douche sympa. Proche du tram à 20 mètres. Gare de Cracovie à 10 minutes à pied. Centre historique à 20 min à pied. Rapport qualité prix au top.

Гарне розташування, недалеко від вокзалу. Був пізній заїзд. Привітний персонал. Чисто, комфортно. Були розчинна кава/ чай в номері. Дякую.

Cons:

Четвертий поверх без ліфту з малими дітьми та багажем- це ще той квест. Низька мансардна стеля не зовсім безпечна. Треба бути обережним, щоб з просоння не набити гулю.

Pros:

The location was amazing, very near old town. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great to have water dispenser in hall too. Kids loved the little garden to play in.

Passable pour une nuit.
Pros:

Le lit était confortable et l’espace était propre.

Cons:

Deux fenêtres sans volets, lumière tapante à 6h du matin. Deux petites couettes d’une place pour un lit de deux places. Pas d’ascenseur.

Bardzo polecam. Świetna lokalizacja i pomimo że za oknem są tory tramwajowe to nie jest głośno, a tego właśnie się obawiałam. Pani w recepcji przemiła i bardzo pomocna. Bardzo duży plus za możliwość pozostawienia bagażu przed zameldowaniem. Śniadania dobre, choć my przyszliśmy około godziny 10 to pieczywo i ciasta były trochę suche i mało przyjemnie się je jadło. Reszta śniadania na plus.

L'emplacement, le calme de notre chambre au 4ème étage côté jardin. Le petit déjeuner assez complet. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

4 étage sans ascenseur mais nous étions averti. La douche parfois manque de pression. Manque coffre fort et petit frigo.

Очень плохо
Pros:

Нет желания описывать подробно.
персонал злой и совсем бесполезный,
Номер дали не тот который был забронирован, (5этаж без лифта)
Искала долго ресепшен,
отель не отвечает ни на звонки не на сообщение,
В итоге они ответили на мои смс, чтоб обвинить меня в не знании польского и Английского языка)
