Great place to stay, really good location - close to station and old townz
Pros:

Excellent location, good room and great breakfast.

Cons:

2nd stay, we were put on the 3rd floor which was a bit tricky with carrying luggage upstairs, but overall, our stay was great.

Large comfortable room good location breakfast was fantastic and great value. Gardens were lovely.

Cons:

No lift and lots of stairs over 4 floors. Would have been good to know this when booking

goede ligging, ontbijt goed voor iedereen en personeel hulpzaam bij vragen
Pros:

er was tijdens het ontbijt genoeg keuze voor iedereen, personeel was allemaal riendelijk en de ligging is op 10 á 15 minuten wandelen van het centrum

Cons:

Onze kamer had geen ijstkastje, weet niet of dit op alle kamers zo is.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, parking (płatny ) pod samym wejściem do hotelu. Miła obsługa. Ładne miejsce na śniadania.

Cons:

Niestety pokój 44 wymaga już odświeżenia, ściany są popękane i brudne. Telewizor bardzo mały, co utrudnia oglądanie filmu z łóżka. Poszewka na kołdrę była przybrudzona, a mały ręcznik porwany. Ogólnie za mała ilość ręczników. Śniadanie średniej jakości. Duży wybór ale nic nie było naprawdę smaczne. Krótko mówiąc zdjęcia trochę oszukują.

Pros:

Localização excelente, permitindo ir a pé para o centro de Cracóvia e para a estação de comboios.
Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Cama confortável. Limpeza excelente.
Pequeno-almoço ótimo!
Dispensadores de água potável em todos os corredores.

Cons:

Impossível tapar a luminosidade... Para quem gosta de dormir no escuro, impossível não acordar com a claridade às 5h30 da manhã.
Hotel com 4 andares, sem elevador. Cuidado se houver limitação da mobilidade ou malas pesadas.
