Not clean
Stayed 5 nights for business. Pleasant stay and excellent service. For an English speaker like myself, it was often challenging to communicate. A solid choice for a business hotel.
Great hotel to stay for business trip in Katameya, New Cairo.
It was a great experience to stay in Tolip el Marge’s new Cairo in Egypt , I will be back again soon to stay there
It is very good hotel. It has all potential to become a excellent hotel. However, it is missing some small things to be 5* hotel. For example, you can't have plastic cups for water/juice during a breakfast, they have to be glass ones.
The pool is great, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Held me for an hour during checkout while they checked the room, accused me of stealing a mug and demanded money for it , also demanded money for a dirty hand towel for which i ended up paying for
Didn’t like both internet and TV services
It’s soooo bad for the amount I paid
Good experience! Good open buffet breakfast- Friendly staff..
I like the food only other than that nothing ok.
The heat is not working ok. One day no water in the bathroom.
Language is a big barrier otherwise all ok
Internet connection was not working and they didn't change towels during 4 days accommodation.
During the first night, I didn't find toilet paper.
Note that prices here for Egyptian and holders of Egyptian residency.
property should have reliable wifi. the wifi at this hotel was a disasyer.
The hotel is clean and nice and the staff are friendly , but the pillows are uncomfortable.
It took 2 hours to check in for my first stay and around 1 hour in my second stay. Hotels.com shall contact the hotel to find away to fasten the way of check in.
The worst hotel to stay in Egypt, starting with checking in which took about an hour and half, then during your waiting time everyone including hotel staff are smoking at the lobby. after check-in I waited over an hour for my luggages and I had to go to carry it by myself as they did not have a bellman to do it. Smoking at the restaurant during the breakfast is allowed which make our breakfast a horrible experience. Security check at the entrance gate is like you are entering a military base. Bathroom smells awful and my wife has to ask the house keeping girl for disinfectant and floor cleaner and we clean the bathroom ourselves. The play very loud music at the swimming pool all day so forget it to have any rest. The laundry machine out of service and when I was told by the laundry man it will be repaired within a month. After all I have to check out at 11:30pm after I was treated disrespectfully by some ignorant security guard who insisted on not allowing me to take water, juice and chocolate I purchased from the supermarket with me to my room. Finally I discovered that this hotel does not follow the rules and regulations of the ministry of tourism in Egypt like other hotels as it is fully owned, ruled and managed by the army, so my advise stay away and do not wast your money to stay in a boot camp
