Dissapointing.
Pros:

the room was clean and the A/C worked well.

Cons:

The lobby was depressing: no A/C, dark, outdated decor.
The restaurant was also dark, with flies, no A/C.
The room was clean but the decor was not cozy at all.
The hotel was practically empty and I had a strange feeling being alone in such a huge empty building
I walked to the lake shore, and the shore was fenced! I booked this hotel because it was waterfront and you couldn't access the shore.

Bra överlag, lite långt att gå till poolen. Men det sämsta var att vi fick kånka på varat bagage själva från parkeringen med privatbil till receptionen.

My awesome stay at imperial resort beach
Pros:

The food was great and overall customer care was fine

Cons:

The TV screen in the room is not a smart TV. It would be great for one to access Netflix, YouTube etc

Avoid this Hotel!!
Pros:

I didn’t like anything! This Hotel is a joke, it was really dirty I had to ask them to change my room as the mattress and pillow were not fit for human use.
Staff weren’t knowledgeable and the food was the worst I’ve had. I would have changed the hotel if i were there for more than 1 night!! Avoid this Hotel!!

I didn’t like anything as the hotel had nothing to offer!

My stay was value for the Money I paid
Pros:

I liked the Food Variety and the sitting arrangement at the restaurant
Hot water was available
Internet speed was good
Meals were satisfactory
Location near the Lake was good
Working Lifts was a plus

Cons:

There was no place to wash my hands at the restaurant. No serviettes (tissue paper) was offered to me at the restaurant
The TV was outdated and could not stream YouTube (internet TV)
Drinking Water Provided in the rooms was not sufficient (small bottles)

I slept well in a spacious room with windows open to get natural fresh air but I was deceived for not being able to go t
Pros:

The rooms are still spacious and clean with nice furniture.
The Staffs were very responsive and cooperative.

Cons:

The facilities appearance have negatively changed compared to the time I used to come there some 20 years ago. It’s not overall well maintained outside.
Sauna, steam bath are not working. The gym is in a bad shape with old equipment and some are not working. I called before the booking and I was told that the sauna was working but it is not.
