Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και πολύ όμορφο ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες! Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικο και εξυπηρετικό,η κοπέλα ήρθε μέχρι το δωμάτιο να μας δείξει τα πάντα! Σίγουρα θα σας ξαναπροτιμησουμε!

Très bon emplacement mais très mal insonorisé.
Pros:

La localisation est top, juste à côté du port de la Canée. Le personnel est très gentil

Cons:

Le bruit a l'intérieur de l'hotel car c'est très mal insonorisé. On entend le bruit de pas des voisins, le bruit des valises au sol. Je n'ai pas pu dormir.

Wunderschön. In der lebhaften und autofreien Stadt wohnen. Und bei Bedarf eine Viertelstunde am Me….
Pros:

Super schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Tolle bequeme Matratzen. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal- von Empfang übers Zimmermädchen bis zum Frühstückspersonal.
Frühstück super. Guter Kaffee in allen Varianten rund täglich Neues auf dem großen und immer sehr appetitlichen Buffet. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Cons:

Im Vorfeld wäre Info schön gewesen, dass das Taxi nicht bis zum Hotel fahren kann und man noch ein Stück zu Fuß gehen muss.
Der Shuttle Fahrer hat uns völlig Nervös gemacht, ob wir das auch finden?
Da wir zum ersten Mal in Chania waren, erschien uns das erst kompliziert. War aber dank Google problemlos machbar.

Good for a short stay
Pros:

Very nice location.

Cons:

I was charged extra tax when I arrived there. Athough I payed everything on booking before I arrived.

Very squeaky floors. It’s a very old building and you can hear the guest walking in the bedroom on top of you and the people staying on the bottom can hear you walking.
The toilets are very high you need a small step to put your feet on otherwise they are hanging.

Ubicación, desayuno muy bueno, amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

La habitación 101 da a la calle, por lo que es un poco oscura y tenía humedad. También se oía mucho el piso superior al ser el suelo de madera.

Το μόνο θετικό ήταν η καθημερινή καθαριότητα του δωματιου

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν σαν υπόγειο χωρίς φως ηλίου και χωρίς κάποια ιδιωτικοτητα καθώς εάν άνοιγες το παράθυρο περνούσε έξω κόσμος και έβλεπε το δωμάτιο σου. Μύριζε μούχλα και υγρασία και το τζακούζι δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά καθώς ήταν βουλωμένο και όταν αδειαζε γέμιζε όλο το μπανιο νερό. Η υφασμάτινη πολυθρόνα και καρεκλα ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικες με λεκέδες πολλών μηνών.Δεν υπήρχε χώρος για να απλώσεις τις πετσέτες σου και τα μαγιό σου (σε ενα παραθαλάσσιο μερος) με αποτέλεσμα να τα απλώνουμε στα παράθυρα σαν τσαντίρι.
Τέλος το ξύλινο ταβάνι του δωματίου ήταν το πατωμα του πάνω δωματίου με αποτέλεσμα και ο παραμικρό θόρυβος να ακούγεται πολύ έντονα.

Appartamento molto bello e curato e personale alla reception gentilissimo.
Pros:

Posizione ottima in centro, acqua gratuita nel frigo bar, letti comodi, accappatoi e ciabattine a disposizione.

Cons:

Sarebbe un buon servizio avere una convenzione con il parcheggio a pagamento più vicino, trovandosi in zona pedonale
