We loved this hotel. It’s more likely Villa/home style unit instead of hotel. They converted to hotel so the building doesn’t have a parking or elevator. We got very disappointed at the beginning because the hotel entrance was narrow and didn’t have an elevator, parking lot and so on. They didn’t even let you in 30mins early neither.
But No worries!!! As soon as we enter the room, we are in love with this room. We didn’t care anything else. Because the room was super clean. Internet was fast. Room was big size with 12people can use table. Sofa and two double bed! It was also close from main district as well you can walk or uber. No air conditioners smells I bet they cleaned filter. Nice and clean bathroom. Only one thing they don’t clean the room everyday or change towels. they told us we can anytime ask them to change it. We loved it so much! It felt like home!
Even it is pricy, the location is so great to go anywhere to the sightseeing.
Nearby there are plenty of good Cafe, massage shop, and food!
Staffs were super friendly and very attentive to our need, room is clean and comfy. Location was great, walkable distance to a lot of tourist spots and very easy to navigate around the neighbourhood.
The electrical box in our room had some weird spark noises sometimes.
Spacious, the location is brilliant. Overall the staff is friendly, and facilities are nice.
Very noisy, The bed area faces right to the street, so you will hear every time when motorcycles and vehicles pass-by. The kitchen of burger shop plays music for nearly the entire day until it closes at late night, which guarantees you hear it when you sit in the sofa. Teens may also party at night, and since no one station at the reception in the mid night, you may hear them talking and laughing on the street and no one stop them.
The drainage system in the bathroom also smells quite bad.
Very nice aesthetic and clean, simple but has everything you need. Good location, and great burger joint right next door. If you need a larger space than a hotel room I would 10/10 recommend.
Spacious, good location. Nice espresso shop next-door. Beast burger next-door was great as well (same owner as Nord).
Parking on the street was a bit of a trouble, but that comes with the territory.
Plenty of space and quite comfortable with a Japanese zen vibe. Well located in the center of Nimman. An attached excellent burger restaurant. Daily housekeeping if you want it.
A couple small maintenance items were not resolved but they were minor. There is some noise from security gates and surroundings.
The space your have and its location are great! The beds are super comfy! Left to own devices so no housekeeping coming in & out!
Lack of breakfast - the burger joint next door which I assume they own too, is missing out on an opportunity there!

Great location, easy to find, quick responses from the staff at Beast Burger. Very large room, more than enough space to spend time indoors, much bigger than an average hotel room. Convenient to walk to many bakeries, café's, and restaurants.
Louvered wall separation between lounge area and sleeping area is interesting. One could not socialize in the lounge area or use the television if others were trying to sleep.
