Absolutely horrible hospitality
Pros:

The hotel when I went to check in told me that my $100 deposit now had to be $200 they took $214 payment from you and they did not give me a room they refused and then the girls literally started threatening me they were young clerks and that hotel was very disrespectful I didn't do anything to them I've stayed there many times there was another step saying that she only dollars but they wanted to charge me $200 last night I didn't have it and they reference I didn't cancel before 4:00 p.m. because he didn't book the room until 7:30 p.m. so my stay didn't happen and I'm very disappointed with how you guys are treating me and how they're treating me.

Cons:

The exact same things but I didn't like about it I don't like about it and I think I put it in both because well there you go but yes they are very cruel people and but they did to me was wrong I'd live on a very tiny budget and I have very little money and I just try to get one day away in a hotel because I sleep on the streets and so I try to do that with a little bit of money that I have and they took it and they laughed at me at the same time.

Room was listed as two queen beds with accommodations for up to 5 people. Room actually had two full beds and no cot or pull out for a fifth person. Staff was not helpful.

Pros:

Staff were absolutely great. I arrived really early and he was able to get me into a room early. The room was really clean and tidy and the bed was comfy. The location is right along the green line which was very convenient since I didn’t rent a car for my trip.
