Personal in jeder Hinsicht tadellos.
Frühstück war sehr gut

Cons:

Lautstärke im Zimmer- so laut, dass der Schlaf nachts stark beeinträchtigt war.
Bad sollte grundgereinigt werden und diverse schimmelige Stellen beseitigt werden.
Preis-Leistung am oberen Rand des vertretbaren.

Das Personal war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es wurde uns praktisch jeder Wunsch prompt erfüllt und der Roomservice tat weitaus mehr als nur seine Plicht. Das Frühstück war reichlich und abwechslungsreich, nachmittags gab es als nette Geste des Hotels Kaffee und Guglhupf.
Die Lage am Schwedenplatz war ideal!

Cons:

Mit etwas festeren Matrazen hätten wir noch besser geschlafen.

Excellent location, great breakfast, very pleasant stay.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Capricorno. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh, high-quality products and a very good selection.
We especially appreciated the fact that it is a small hotel with a more personal atmosphere, which we much prefer to large, impersonal “industrial-style” hotels.
The location is outstanding, right on Schwedenplatz, next to the Danube Canal and very close to St. Stephen’s Square. Metro, tram and bus connections are practically at the hotel’s doorstep, making it extremely easy to get around Vienna. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, as well as late-night and 24-hour kiosks and fast-food options, so everything you might need is within easy walking distance.
The hotel was very clean, and our room was serviced quickly and efficiently the following day.
Overall, a very pleasant, comfortable and exceptionally well-located hotel.

Cons:

The parking was quite expensive, and overall the hotel felt a little pricey for what it offers. It is a very good hotel, but not a luxury property. That said, this is Vienna, and the location clearly contributes to the price.
The room could also be somewhat noisy with the window open, including at night.
Our room did not have a balcony, and from the outside the building looks more like an older residential apartment block than a hotel.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer einfach nur laut und nach außen zur Straße extrem schlecht isoliert, sodass man bis vier Uhr nachts überhaupt nicht schlafen konnte. Extrem schönes Zimmer und bequemes Bett, aber damit einfach total enttäuschend, dass man an solchen wichtigen Dingen wie Schallisolation dann spart.

"El desayuno es muy completo y la habitación muy cómoda. Quiero destacar especialmente el trabajo del equipo de recepción: su calidez, profesionalismo y excelente disposición desde el primer momento hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. A pleasant stay close to Vienna city centre.
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently located: close to the historical centre of the city, but is at the same time easily reachable by a car.
The breakfast was excellent.
The room was beautiful and clean, and the pillows were extremely comfortable, in particular was very good for me, having neck problems.
They also offer the afternoon coffee and cake, there are board games too, which was very nice and such a pleasant bonus.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, many thanks to Ursula and Marco!

Ottima vacanza a Vienna
Pros:

La disponibilità di tutto lo staff, Ursula in particolare che parla benissimo l'italiano, la posizione molto vicina al centro e alla fermata della metropolitana, e con il parcheggio per l'auto consigliatissimo!!!
