Pros:

This is our favorite hotel in Vienna. Central location, convenient for both business and tourist trips. Walking distance to many attractions, 50 meters from public transport stops, which will take you to any point of the city. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in the vicinity.
The rooms are comfortable, convenient, furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Comfortable beds. Not large, but comfortable bathroom with good water pressure. Very good cleanliness is maintained.
The breakfast is varied enough, with quality products.
The staff is always smiling, polite and friendly.
Good value for money for Vienna.

Cons:

Not as a complaint, but as a recommendation - perhaps they should consider providing a folding rack for a second suitcase in the double rooms.

Henkilökunta hyvin ystävällinen, erinomainen sijainti.

Erinomainen sijainti, perhehotellimainen tunnelma.

Cons:

Aamiainen vaatimattomampi kuin isoilla ketjuilla, kuitenkin riittävä. Aamiaisravintola oli melko ahdas.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt nur ca. 1Minute von U-und S-Bahn Haltestellen entfernt. Auch zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum oder am Donaukanal. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und für jeden ist was dabei.

Das Zimmer und die Lage. Die zwei Damen an der Reception waren kompetent und uns sehr hilfreich bei den Reservationen von Veranstaltungen und wie die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln benutzt werden.

Razoável no início e boa após os problemas resolvidos.
Pros:

Localização. Senhoras da portaria , ótimas. Café com o essencial.

Cons:

Banheiro absurdamente pequeno. Tive um acidente com o trinco “afiado” da porta. Com sangramento. Trocaram por outro quarto igual e finalmente por um com banheiro razoável.

Pěkný hotel v centru Vídně, v pěší dostupnosti k hlavním památkám. Přátelský personál a dobrá snídaně.
Možnost placeného parkování na základě rezervace (parkoviště je však malé a dostupné výtahem).

Die Lage ist sehr Gut

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Bad wurde erneuert aber die Duschtür war mangelhaft eingebaut und somit nicht dicht

Das Personal, besonders an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend, was will man mehr.
Die Betten waren sehr gut und das Housekeeping sehr gut.
Ja, der Preis ist nicht ohne, aber es ist es auch wert
