I now have a favorite city in Europe and this hotel fit right in in making my stay wonderful
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel! Great location, super comfy room and bed. The rooftop bar was l and the staff were so great!! I would not hesitate to stay there again. Plus they give you a welcome drink at the rooftop bar AND a bottle of wine in your room!

Nothing it was perfect

Pros:

Very comfortable room, great breakfast, and very helpful and friendly staff! The location was just ideal, within a short walk to all places in the inner-city (the museums, Musikverein, Konzerthaus, Opera), to the Belvedere, and even to the train station.

Cons:

I wish the window in my room on the 5th floor was a bit bigger. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Erinomainen aamiainen ja aamiaishuone viihtyisä.Ei ruuhkaa aamiaisella.Viihtyisä, vanhan tyylin hotelli. Hyvää palvelua vastaanotossa.Sijainti hyvä. Hyvä sänky, rauhallinen huone.

Cons:

Outoa että wc ja kylpyhuone erikseen huoneessa.wc:sä ei käsienpesuallasta..hygienian kannalta huono. Huoneessa ja hotellissa paljon yllättäviä ulkokkeita ja portaita..ei esteetön siis. Sain aikamoisen mustelman reiteeni sängyn päädyn ulokkkeesta.

Pros:

The room had been renovated, but very sensitively, so it retained the special atmosphere that the whole hotel has. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts were rich and tasty. The room was warm, which is not always the case in hotels.

Hotel piacevole e ottimo per visitare Vienna
Pros:

Posizione ottima, ben collegato con il centro (sia con la metro che con il tram, le cui fermate sono vicinissime). Camera confortevole e pulita, letti comodi. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile

Cons:

L’unica cosa che si può migliorare è il riscaldamento: in camera si poteva regolare autonomamente, ma non scendere sotto i 20 gradi e la notte era abbastanza caldo per dormire.

Sprawa parkingowa jest zła to znaczy:
Przyjechałem do hotelu o 21.00 na dwa dni i wykupiłem też miejsce parkingowe w cenie 35 euro za dobę. Przy opuszczaniu hotelu o 11.00 dowiedziałem się że mój czas parkingowy kończy się z opuszczeniem hotelu...
To bardzo nieuczciwa sytuacja bo płaciłem za dwie doby....
Hotel ok ale więcej do tego hotelu już nie pojadę bo są inne hotele które nie są tak pazerne. Przykra sytuacja niestety.
