Pros:

A equipe do restaurante é excelente e a comida formidável. O quarto é pequeno e o chuveiro com pouca pressão, mas a equipe toda, desde a recepção, são incríveis.

Falls wir dieses Hotel nochmals buchen, dann ohne Frühstück - 25 Euro sind für das Gebotene zu viel!
Pros:

Das Ambiente war gewohnt edel und gepflegt, das Reinigungspersonal war super - sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Wir waren schon oft in diesem Hotel, das Frühstück war bisher immer ein Highlight - diesmal aber ganz und gar nicht: Es gibt kein Kännchen Kaffee mehr (nur noch vom Automaten), die Platte mit Schinken wurde trotz Nachfrage beim (demotiviert wirkenden) Service-Personal während eineinhalb Stunden nicht wiederbefüllt, die Weintrauben waren schimmlig und das geschnittene Obst roch bedenklich.

Comfortable bed, quiet room even the trams below the windows.
The breakfast is very good. Good coffe, good variety of food and drinks.
Good and easy to accsess WiFi.
Very good lokation.

Ein super schönes Hotel!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist fantastisch! Das Personal ist sehr nett, das Frühstück ist hervorragend, die Lage des Hotels ist super, sehr zentral. Direkt vom Hotel ist die Straßenbahn sowie die Ubahn. Auch zu Fuß kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.

Cons:

Im Bad war die Badewanne, keine Dusche.

Pros:

The hotel is a lovely, old fashioned classic Viennese style premises. It is comfortable and in a good location. Our room was small and efficient. The breakfast room is very popular with guests. Barbara, the manager, is wonderful and keeps everything in order, running efficiently. Everything you could want for breakfast is available. Fabio who works at reception is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. It is definitely a Viennese treasure.

Bin im Prinzip gern hier, aber Frühstück nur noch außerhalb.

Lage, Ausstattung, nettes Persoal

Cons:

Frühstück hat deutlich Verbesserungsbedarf, vor allem Brotqualität. Auch will ich im 4-Sterne-Hotel frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen statt verkohltem Speck und zermanschten Spiegeleiern!

Excelente ubicación y buena atención
Pros:

Excelente ubicación: está cerca de paradas de metro y tram, que te conecta fácilmente con el centro de Viena y principales lugares turísticos. También estás a 35 minutos de aeropuerto (hay q usar tren primero y luego metro para llegar. Cerca hay restaurantes y un pequeño supermercado.
La habitación tiene todo para una estadía corta en Viena. Tiene aire acondicionado también .
El Desayuno es completo y el personal de recepción es amable.

A személyzet a reggelinél kedves, odafigyelő volt.

11. alkalommal voltunk a szállodában. Soha nem kaptunk még ilyen kopott és mocskos bútorozásút, mint az 503-as szoba!! Régi, undorítóan levert, kopott ócska bútorzat, erről a szobáról nem is lelhető fel kép semelyik felületen, ahol a hotelba foglalni lehet. 10 év alatt egyszer sem volt gond , hogy az első , esetleg második emeleten kapjuk meg ugyanazt a kiállítású szobát! A porta személyzet is értetlen, és elég bosszantóan destruktív volt !! Rányomta az egész ott tartózkodásunkra a bélyeget , hogy mindenhol por, penész és kávé folt/pl/ volt, amerre csak nézett az ember a szobában!! Nyilvánvalóan a porta személyzet is húzta az időt, azt mondták, lesz másnap magyarul beszélő kolléga, aki jobban szót ért velünk, de hiába vártuk, kiderült, hogy nem igaz . Óriási csalódás volt! Óriási és váratlan, és teljességgel érthetetlen ! Nem tudom, mikor kellett volna a foglalást tennem , hogy ne járjunk így , mert nyilvánvalóan a 2025. novemberében történt foglalással már nem tudtam biztosítani magunknak - az előző kilenc évhez hasonló sikerrel-, a szállást.
