Pros:

Quarto confortável. Cama boa! Limpo. Funcionários simpáticos. Ótima localização

Cons:

O ar condicionado é central e fica no mínimo 21( so é possível aumentar a temperatura). Preferia mais fresco.

Charming hotel near everything if you enjoy walking...
Pros:

Location: far enough away from the main center so one could avoid the huge crowds. Close enough to walk everywhere.
The staff was on top of everything, and very friendly.
Building is super charming, and the restaurant offers reasonably priced delicious meals (we had their lunch special once and it was delicious)
Oh yes, great breakfast to start your day. Endless coffee :)

Everything.
The room was spacious, clean had everything we needed and also loved that it had such a big window...lots of light in the room.
The breakfast was amazing, a great variety of products and of good quality.
The staff from reception, restaurant and the cleaning lady were all kind, polite, professionals.
Will def come back.
The location was great. We bought metro tickets only for Shonbrun otherwise we walked to all the other places which were not far away max 40 min by foot.

Pros:

Ubytování se nám velice líbilo. Pokoj byl čistý, prostorný, dobře vybavený, pohodlné postele, krásná koupelna. Snídaně byly vynikající, velký výběr a vše stále doplňované, takže nevadilo, když jsme přišli později. V hotelu je restaurace, takže je možné zajít i na oběd či večeři. Hotel se nachází v centru města, vše je tedy dostupné pěšky.
Recepční byli velmi příjemní. Pokud bychom se někdy do Vídně znovu přijeli podívat, tak bychom se chtěli určitě ubytovat v tomto hotelu. Můžeme jen doporučit.

Nemáme nic, co by se nám nelíbilo.

My favorite hotel - comfortable and clean rooms, amazing breakfast, friendly and helpful stuff (reception, restaurant, cleaning).
Perfect location for the most historic places. Underground just 2 min to walk.
I will come back again definitely!

Pros:

El hotel no está en el interior del casco antiguo, pero está perfectamente conectado: tranvía prácticamente en la puerta y metro a tres minutos. Además se puede ir al centro en un paseo de 15 minutos. Muy tranquilo.

Der Besuch hat sich in jeder Hinsicht gelohnt.
Pros:

Glücklicherweise wurde dieses Hotel nicht stillos renoviert. Es verfügt über viele originale und klassische Einrichtungsgegenstände und versprüht so einen enormen Charme.

Vienna concert
Pros:

Excellent location, absolutely spotless, very good breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially girl on reception, Sunday 23rd am.
Very easy transfer via underground to stadium for Andrea Bocelli concert.

Cons:

For 4 night stay, maybe a larger room if possible.

Great City great Hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was not include in the price we paid

Cons:

The lift broke on the evening before leaving but the staff were brilliant ,the Hotel Manager and his colleague escorted us in the service lift. The manager and colleague made an awkward situation very pleasant. Well done to all involved
