Experiência extremamente ruim!!
Pros:

1) A localização é excelente, perto da Estação de Trem Central e dos principais locais turísticos. 2) O café da manhã é muito bom e condizente com o preço da diária.
3) O atendimento do Dominic é ótimo e diferenciado, assim como, da equipe do restaurante, mas o da recepção é em geral robotizado e sem empatia, portanto qualquer pedido fora do que eles entendem como padrão a resposta será dada de uma forma curta, impaciente (um pouco grosseira), com pouca vontade de ajudar ou de buscar uma solução efetiva.

Cons:

1) Apesar de o Booking informar que o hotel possui ar-condicionado (não obstante diversos comentários em contrário vistos por nós depois da viagem), o hotel NÃO possui ar-condicionado. O que há é um sistema de ventilação fraquíssimo travestido de ar-condicionado, cuja temperatura interna depende intimamente da externa. Durante uma estadia de 5 noites na primeira semana de junho, as três primeiras foram sem dormir: com a temperatura externa em torno de 19ºC ou 20ºC, o quarto ficava abafado e com sensação de 25ºC. O ambiente só ficou confortável (22ºC) nas duas últimas noites, quando a temperatura externa caiu para 16ºC ou 17ºC. As reclamações diárias eram respondidas com um discurso ensaiado da administração de que, por proteção ambiental, o sistema limita a temperatura em 21ºC - ignorando o fato de que a temperatura real do quarto era 25ºC e a ventilação era quase inexistente (o termostato, que tenho certeza que não estava funcionando, permite controlar a temperatura e não a força da ventilação, que é quase inexistente). Parecia uma conversa entre malucos. Como solução, desde a primeira reclamação, ofereciam um ventilador ou sugeriam abrir a janela. Trata-se de uma enganação total avalizada pelo Booking, que sabe do problema pelos comentários e mantém a informação falsa. Cuidado com o verão europeu. 2) Inicialmente nos colocaram no quarto 103 (em frente ao elevador). O quarto é pequeno, mas reformado e muito confortável, mas o box de banho (em formato típico de banheira) é tão estreito que é impossível se mover sem que haja a necessidade de segurar nas barras de apoio e qualquer movimento maior você afasta o vidro móvel que o circunda molhando todo o banheiro de água. Sinceramente, não entendendo como as autoridades austríacas aprovaram esse banheiro, pois há risco provável de acidentes e quedas (somos um casal de 50 anos e de corpo atlético). Se você é idoso ou com algum problema de sustentação corporal não fique nesse quarto. Após o banho, trocamos de quarto.

Pros:

Very good, clean, and well-maintained hotel. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was exceptional. Everything was very clean. The location is perfect — slightly away from the crowded area, but still only a 10–15 minute walk from the Belvedere and the Opera.

Cons:

the very small room.
The air conditioning, which could not be set lower than 20°C. During the current heat wave, the room did not cool down enough.
