Hotel molto bello e tenuto bene, camera pulita e con tutti i comfort. Ci hanno fatto trovare per la nostra bimba dei piccoli regalini che sono stati super apprezzati!!
OTTIMA Posizione --> Collegato ai mezzi, fermata del tram sotto la porta e metro a pochi minuti di distanza, zona molto tranquilla e pulita e circondata da supermercati e negozi di prima necessità.
Molto consigliato, anche per l'ottima qualità/prezzo!!!

Gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Hotel versprüht zwar den Charme des alten Wiens, allerdings ist das Zimmer recht klein und wirkt durch die dunkle Holzverkleidung zusätzlich etwas düster. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch die gute Schallisolierung, man hört kaum etwas von außen.
Da wir das Zimmer ohnehin nur zum Übernachten genutzt haben und tagsüber unterwegs waren, war es für unseren Zweck insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider hat der Service im Frühstücksraum noch ordentlich Luft nach oben. Der Mitarbeiter dort wirkte angespannt, kaum freundlich und vermittelte eher ein Gefühl von strenger „Zucht und Ordnung“ als von Gastfreundschaft.
So durfte man sich keinen Tisch selbst aussuchen, sondern wurde strikt platziert. Als wir einmal ankamen und niemand da war, der uns einen Platz zuwies, setzten wir uns eigenständig an einen freien Tisch. Der Mitarbeiter reagierte darauf sichtbar unzufrieden und verwies uns unfreundlich an einen anderen Platz.
Das Frühstück selbst war in Ordnung – ein klassisches kontinentales Angebot, jedoch ohne besondere Highlights. Insgesamt empfinden wir das Niveau für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel eher unterdurchschnittlich.
