Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and I am so glad we chose this hotel for our Homeymoon.
Rooms were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The breakfast was lovely. A wide selection of cold cut meats, cheeses, pastries and bread. The highlight was the eggs that were made to order. I would highly recommend their omelette.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and took great pride in their hotel and their city.
The location was perfect, about a twelve minute walk max to all the main sights in the Inner Stadt of Vienna as well as easy access to the U Bahn and the tram network. Also, if staying make sure you get a balcony room, the view was absolutely stunning. I could not recommend this hotel more if visiting Vienna.

Świetna lokalizacja, wspaniały widok z pokoju. Ogromnym atutem hotelu jest to, że pokoje są na 11, 12 i 13stym piętrze wieżowca. Daje to gwarancję oglądania pięknej panoramy Wiednia z każdego pokoju. Pokój duży, łóżko duże, nowe i wygodne materace.. Pyszne, urozmaicone śniadanie w formie bufetu plus wyśmienitą kawę (espresso, cappuccino, latte i iinne) spożywa się w restauracji hotelu zlokalizowanej na 12stym piętrze, więc cały czas można podziwiać piękną panoramę Wiednia. W godzinach 13-17 goście zapraszani są na ciasta, kawę i herbatę (w cenie pokoju ze śniadaniem) na 11stym piętrze (miły gest hotelu :-)). Doskonała lokalizacja; hotel dosłownie graniczy z parkiem Parkstadt. Personel hotelu uśmiechnięty, życzliwy, profesjonalny. Szczerze polecam.

Good location to visit Vienna. Very good breakfast.
In consideration of the standard of the hotel I would expect more from the lobby area and some more amenities.

Pequena falta de manutenção no banheiro: drenagem lenta da água do box e descarga deixando água vazar até novo acionamento. Não atrapalhou a estadia, por isso só comunicamos o problema no check-out.
The reception and bar staff was outstanding…friendly, professional and genuinely kind. Our room was extremely comfortable with gorgeous views of Vienna. The rooms are on the higher floors of a building which give the hotel an exclusive, executive club sort of ambience. Lounges were stocked with daily major world newspapers. I greatly appreciate the carpeting in the rooms as that’s a rarity these days outside of 5-star hotels, and gives a hotel a high end look and feel. The room was well stocked with bathrobes, slippers, coffee, glasses and bathroom amenities. Pulling up to the hotel to unload is super easy. We used street parking but reasonable valet parking is available. The location is perfect with attractions and many excellent restaurants nearby.
Only minor complaint is the bath gel/shampoo bottle mounted in the shower.
