Beautiful Hotel with a Wonderful Staff
Pros:

The location is convenient to many of the major landmarks and public transportation. The staff was is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was much better than expected. The food was fresh and delicious. They have cooked to order eggs. We loved our room with a balcony to enjoy beautiful Vienna. Alex checked us out and because we had to leave early, he made us coffee to enjoy while we waited for our ride.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything negative or average.

Great choice and great views from the roof
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of everything. I had a room with a beautiful view of the cathedral and a huge corner terrace, which made the stay especially memorable.

Everything was great — the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful. The room was also quiet, which made it easy to relax.

Cons:

The only minor downsides were a rather small bathroom and a slightly inconvenient mirror. Interestingly, standard double rooms without a balcony have a larger bathroom and a full-size mirror on the wardrobe. Overall, these are just small details, and the hotel itself is absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Vienna Stay with Stunning Views and Thoughtful Touches
Pros:

We booked this accommodation very last minute on the day of arrival for a birthday celebration. The price was reasonable and included breakfast, so we decided to give it a try—even though I don’t usually choose older hotels. It turned out to be an excellent decision. I don’t give 10/10 ratings often, but this stay exceeded all my expectations.

+ Excellent breakfast with an à la carte egg menu – everything was fresh and delicious, with a good variety. Plus, a beautiful view from the breakfast area
+ Spacious and well-designed room with a terrace overlooking the city
+ Amazing location next to a park, yet only a 5-minute walk to the city center
+ Great attention to detail – a lovely Easter greeting, and since we were celebrating a birthday, I found a card in the room and even received a small cake at breakfast without asking
+ Friendly and helpful staff
+ And I have to mention it again – the breathtaking view of the city and St. Stephen’s Cathedral

Cons:

- The only downside was the lack of a larger trash bin in the room, but that’s really just a minor detail

Cons:

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που μένουμε στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο. Σε σχέση με πριν 1,5 χρόνο εχει χαμηλώσει το επίπεδο καθαριότητας και κυρίως η ευγένεια του προσωπικού. Κάποιοι κάνουν τη δουλειά τους με χαρά και κάποιο με αγγαρεία. Δεν συζητάω καθόλου για τα γεμάτα σβολους μαξιλαρια

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in quest' hotel, la posizione è centrale, pulizia ottima e staff gentilissimo e disponibile.
Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto alla reception è stato gentile e rapido visto che avevamo fretta di andare.
Colazione varia e abbondante.
