Мне понравилась Вена и выбранный отель. Обязательно вернусь!
Pros:

Отель приятно удивил своей атмосферой! Просторный номер с красивым видом из окна. Отель превзошел ожидания. Халат, тапочки, вода, приветственный комплимент.
До основных достопримечательностей города рукой подать.
У отеля стоянка такси, можно воспользоваться. Стоимость по городу 20-30 евро, в аэропорт 50 евро.
Однозначно рекомендую!

У менеджера Елизаветы клиентоцентричность=0
Все остальные сотрудники максимально гибкие и реагируют оперативно на любой запрос.

Zwei Damen an der Rezeption als wir angekommen sind.kein herzliches willkommen sondern nur geben sie ihre Ausweise und sofort bezahlen wir hatten drei Einzelzimmer schlecht geschultes Personal Am späten Nachmittag war dann ein Herr da der war sehr freundlich . Und gut geschult .

Super Lage um Ronacher, Simple usw. zu besuchen. Alles wichtige fußläufig.

Cons:

Es könnte ein wenig mehr Licht im Zimmer u. vor allem im Bad sein.

Es war zentral, praktisch um Ziele im ersten Bezirk zu Fuß zu erreichen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Die Aussicht war ein Traum!

Pros:

Hotel situato dall’undicesimo al tredicesimo piano di un palazzo a 5 minuti dalla cattedrale di Santo Stefano. Confortevole, pulito, letti comodi, ben riscaldato.staff molto gentile, possibile deposito bagagli. Merenda gratuita al pomeriggio e buona scelta per la colazione.

Migliorabile la qualità dei dolci.

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre Historique, tout est faisable à pied !
Nous avons séjourné le weekend de mon anniversaire et nous avons reçu pleins de belles attentions ! Une équipe aux petits soins pour les clients !
Le salon pour prendre le café/thé/gâteaux entre 13h et 17h et un vrai plus pour agrémenter le séjour !
