Pros:

Great location and very accommodating for dogs. They even provided my dog with a bed and treats! The view was outstanding as well and the breakfast was amazing.

this hotel is a real Gem
Pros:

Lovely hotel. We were in room 220 on the 12th floor. the room was superb, impeccable, with a beautiful panoramic view of the city. the breakfast was excellent, starting at 6:30 wich was great as we had to leave early. the staff was very helpful and friendly. location is fantastic. overall 10/10 experience

Spectacular!
Pros:

Fabulous location! Spectacular view from our balcony! Comfortable beds! We also loved the staff who made us feel so welcome: especially Marlena and Verona and the kind young woman with long braids who cleaned our room. We enjoyed our stay so much that we reserved to spend another night on our way back through Vienna. And we would certainly return there again!

Perfektes Hotel um die Stadt zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Lage war traumhaft! Phantastischer Ausblick mit Blick auf den Stefansdom! Das Suite war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Bett war sehr bequem! Sehr freundliches Personal!

Cons:

Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht gut regulieren und war sehr laut! Das Frühstück war enttäuschend! Das Gebäck machte keinen frischen Eindruck! Ansonsten war zwar alles da, was ein Frühstücksbuffet zu bieten hat, aber alles schmeckte fad! Aber das Personal war umsichtig, aufmerksam und sehr professionell!!

Bilo je zadovoljavajuće.

Lokacija i urednost.

Cons:

Gospodična na recepciji nas uopće nije pitala imamo li automobil pa samo sami krenuli prema garaži. Naravno, nismo imali ulazne kartice, pa zato nismo mogli izaći iz garaže dok nismo ponovno došli do recepcije i zatražili kartice.
