Charles Bridge Premium Apartments

Es ist ein sehr altes und Hellhöriges Gebäude, doch die Lage macht es gut.

Excellent location. The registration process by an “app” is not friendly and if you add that when you travel you struggle with internet connectivity make it worse. During the stay there were several electronic problems and the electronic lock was not working, so we have issues during the stay.

This stay was awful , in Expedia that stated that there is elevator, but really my appartment was on 4th floor, no elevator and spiral staircase, I called them , no answer, I message them and they answer to me in the evening , couples hours before my flight . Reception was fifteen minutes walking from appartment and the address , which stated in Expedia description is not correct , they give me different address, thanks to Uber driver , who transfer me, my husband and my two large baggage to new address, when I asked the reception about misunderstanding with addresses, the answer was , it’s not a problem , it’s not far away, really it was 10 minutes distance from one to another, I checked it myself. So I think they just lie to guests and they do not have the right of 4 stars. Do not recommended

Nice apartment in the center of the city.

We rented a 3 room apartment, to be able to have a bit of privacy and uninterupted sleep for our group of 3 friends.
But what we got was an apartment with 3 double beds in 1 big room, and no privacy.

We told to check in at a different location than the room only to be given a piece of paper with room access code which could have been done through email. Wi-Fi don’t work most of time. TV not working properly. Lots of security cameras on the staircases, and we have a feeling that some hidden cameras in the house. No hand washing, soaps or paper towel. Overall overpriced. Very bad experience.

En stor och rymlig lägenhet mitt i centrala Prag i gamla staden. Karlsbron ligger bara ett stenkast bort. Ett perfekt läge. Prag är en gemytlig stad där det finns gott om sevärdheter och restauranger.

Leider kein Tageslicht im Apartment da alle Fenster zum Treppenhaus raus gingen. Nachts war es teilweise sehr laut, da Leute rumgeschrien haben. Die Lage des Apartments war jedoch sehr gut.

Checking in was night mare. Didn’t know how to get the key. You pay deposit ahead of time 2 days before check in and after that they know where to be found. No full size mirror. You can’t get in the shower at all.

Fantastische plek midden in het oude centrum!

L'appartamento e' in una zona molto centrale e comodo per visitare le maggiori attrazioni della citta' a piedi, vicinissimo all'orologio astronomico.
E' molto grande e comodo unica pecca riguarda l'equipaggiamento; avevamo un solo asciugamano a testa non abbiamo trovato nessun prodotto per il bagno se non il sapone per le mani. Penso che questo aspetto sia migliorabile ma per il resto ci siamo trovati bene. Il personale della reception e' accogliente e disponibile.

Can be a bit noisy as cargo are unloaded at 6am. If you drive prepare to pay 700 per day at parking lot at padalium. The place is very big and spacious. Will stay again.

Check in arrangements totally awful. The advertised property totally misrepresented in reality. Never go there!

Centralt beläget hotell med nära till allt. Mycket tillmötesgående personal som fixade alla problem.

Estubo bien. Lo importante es que estaba cerca de todo.

Stay an apartments were Nice. Really near to the City centre. The problem it is the check in.

The apartments offer you a taxi to pick you up from the airport but when you arrive they made you walk 7 to 8 minutes to the apartments. That is not Nice with a baby and suitcases to carry.

They were Nice to letting us stay until 11:30 for the checkout but its not Really confortable to walk so long when you are carrying luggage and a baby stroller.

They should fix the transport to the driver leaves you directly on the apartments that is why you Really are paying that service.

Wonderful location! Fabulous kitchen and
Super comfortable rooms. We loved our stay.
