Не первый раз в этом отеле, по моему мнению среди Хилтонов он лучший в России, все устраивает и все на очень высоком уровне который поддерживается уже не первый год. Спасибо всему персоналу который создаёт такие условия в которые хочется попасть снова и снова.

A reliable Hilton in Russia's Hinterland
Pros:

Hilton manages to maintain it's standards, regardless of geography. The Tyumen Doubleetree Hilton staff made me feel welcome, with a little help from a warm cookie! Facility was neat and well managed; breakfast very satisfying.

Pros:

I am not going to write a long review, let it suffice to say the combination of overall experience with checking in, room , food and service is very good and not typical of standard Hilton DoubbleTree offerings, far better than USA sister Hotels

Business stay.
Pros:

Another terrific stay at this great hotel. Staff as always are 1st class and the rooms and facilities are excellent. Ideally located in Tyumen for sight seeing and eating out.

Customer service is 1st class at this hotel and is highly recomended.

Pros:

Our experience was exactly what you would expect from a hotel with the Hilton title. The room was spacious and clean with a nice view of the city, and the restaurant/room service was a decent alternative to going out every night. Its location makes it a convenient 5-10 minute walk to shopping, parks, and restaurants. The staff always had smiles and were extremely helpful, especially with our early check-in. We would recommend this hotel as well as stay there again.

Неплохой отель, вкусный завтрак

В целом в этот раз отель произвел более приятное впечатление. Спасибо большое за сервис сотрудникам, неоднократно помогали с погрузкой/выгрузкой вещей. Завтрак тоже стал лучше. Из клубных номеров хороший вид. Из минусов - были проблемы с уборкой, обнаружил уже утром под столом следы от веток, похоже, что ели виноград и не попали в урну, а во время уборки это пропустили. Подпортило положительное впечатление, надеюсь, будут внимательнее убирать и контролировать.
