Pros:

Staff were very friendly. Maria is the best receptionist ever 🥰😊. Hotel is less than 5 mins walk away from all facilities, city Fira, restaurants,.clubs and all. Very affordable as well. Will recommend over and over again.

The location is excellent. Had a room with a balcony that overlooked the pool area. The pool was really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t the best and had the annoying curtain that sticks to you while you’re trying to shower. The cleaners turned the air conditioner off each day when they cleaned the room. The room was quite tight for two people.

We love that is close to amenities. We like the hotel we stayed it. Close to the airport. The view from Fira is breathtaking. Theres restaurant everywhere. Theres music one time with DJ in the street. We just love the place

Cons:

The cleaning lady in the hotel we stayed in verbally abused me about the state of our room. She didnt clean our toilet on second day but i didnt complain. She is so disrespectful to all of us and never apologise. Flushing the toilet roll is not allowed so the bin will be full for the day and shes complaining about the smell. She shouted at me so my whole family defended me. If she had complain,she should talk to her boss not the guest. After all its her job. I was so upset and cried. We complain to the reception and they take action. The two lovely from the reception are very nice and friendly. One is a school teacher and the other one is Swedish. We like all the staff except that Romanian cleaning lady. The African boy who is cleaning our room is very nice also. He apologise to us on her behalf.

We felt accommodated and welcomed in our room, as well as the hotel itself

Pros:

The staff was very polite and helpful, the pool was cool and the room was fine.

Cons:

There was a bed smell coming from the bathroom, and the shower had the curtains, therefore the water was going all over the bathroom when having a shower.

Great accomodation
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location — close to the center of Fira and the bus station, with coffee places, shops, and a market just a short walk away.

The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to lady Maria, who was absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome. ❤️

I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!
