Das Fenster konnte man zum Lüften nicht vollständig öffnen (nur auf Kipp); trotz geschlossenem Fenster waren die Außengeräusche gut zu hören. Auch gab es nachts im Zimmer rauschende Geräusche.
The location was great!
We didn’t have hot water and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to fix the problem until the desk staff arrived at 9:30a.
Really disappointed in my stay here, it was not a kid friendly experience.
They knew we had a small child, but gave us a room on the 5th floor anyway. The elevator only goes up to the 4th floor, requiring a treacherous hike up a tight spiral staircase with no guardrail to reach the room. Sketchy as shit. Especially with luggage, a stroller and carrying a baby!! Thank god it was just for one night.
Then, the baby bed provided had broken base panels making it unusable. And the reception closes at 5:30pm so there’s nobody to assist after hours.
Not a good stay, I cannot recommend this hotel.

A lovely boutique hotel in Jordaan, within walking distance of the sights and lots of cafes and restaurants. Great service from the staff, Noa in particular was very helpful and friendly. Secure storage for our bicycles. A modern and very clean room with a balcony and air-conditioning.
We LOVED the location. The receptionist was always so kind & helpful. The hotel itself is really nice. It was clean and well taken care of. Has AC & an elevator. Would stay here again for sure!
I wish morning hours of the lobby were earlier. They don’t open until 9:30, like can’t even get in. We left for activities much earlier than that everyday which was a bummer not being able to grab coffee. Our specific room (9) shower leaked horribly. Water would reach all the way across the bathroom to the toilet. The deadbolt also didn’t work. It was jammed and could tell someone had taken something sharp to get it unjammed. We put our large stroller in front of the door every night as somewhat of a safety measure.
The bed was so very comfortable.

Excellent location! Beds, pillows and linens are super comfortable, and everything is very clean!
The ‘cozy’ room is indeed cozy but very very small. Not much walking around space, and anything larger than a roller bag carry on might not fit in there.
