Great location
5th floor staircase is small and dangerous with luggage
The hotel is in a fabulous location. It's a really authentic place to stay. The staff were friendly and responsive. Some reviews mentioned issues that were off putting. From our perspective it was a great hotel, in a great location and would definitely stay again.

Staff were friendly and the position of the hotel suited us for what we needed.
The room was far too small for us and the bathroom was tiny. I had a 30cm gap to shimmy around the other side of the bed also trying to avoid the tv hanging on the wall
Great location and lovely sun trap on our balcony in room 7 👌🏻
emplacement parfait, lits très confortables
The location, the area around is very quiet
A bit of noise at night, due to the heater mechanism
The location is perfect - amid the charming Jordaan district & just far enough away from the thick touristy areas. Beautifully designed - with just the right touches.
The blanket was too heavy and hot. We would have liked to be able to control the temperature in the room and the bed more.
Balkong. Midt i sentrum.
Putene var harde og store. Veldig ubehagelig for nakken
Fijn dat ze familiekamers hebben, gelegen in een rustige leuke buurt en heel vriendelijk personeel.

Le bruit mais c est Amsterdam 😅
Wonderful location that is walking distance to Central Station and many restaurants and shops. Noelle was a wonderful representative of the hotel - knowledgeable and helpful.
The room (including bathroom) was clean and surprisingly large. The beds were extremely comfortable. The tv/wifi was not always working but we did not spend that much time in the room.
there is no restaurant on site
This is a small hotel. The lobby staff is only on site 9:30 -17:30 each day. Not much availability by “hotel” standards . The premises are very well maintained, but the our deluxe room was very small, with the bottom of the bed ,two feet from the wall, no place to set a suitcase, and only four coat hangers. The bathroom was fine and the small balcony wth a small table and chairs was a real plus. Both mornings I was awaken before 6, by the neighbors shower. The neighborhood is quietly vibrant, with an excellent breakfast cafe, a deli, and restaurants steps away. There was an extensive outdoor market set up on Saturday morning , and since we had plenty of time to wait for the taxi, we had an opportunity to meet our gracious lobby manager, Patrick, who set up the well priced ride to the airport . So at 500 euros a night, I would say this property needs longer lobby hours, if Iam to recommend it to others.
