Solo me gustó la habitación, las áreas comunes tiene mucho por mejorar
Pésima atención del personal, me quisieron cobrar de más.
La piscina limpias y el tamaño adecuado para niños y adultos.
El desayuno muy agradable a la hora adecuada, todo muy bien.
El hotel está cerca a la playa por lo que puedes disfrutar, no hay ruidos por las noches por lo que es apto para niños y grandes.
Nos hicieron esperar al momento de llegar.

Está cerca al mar, es tranquilo y sobre todo si vas con niños puedes disfrutar . La mayoría dEl personal es muy amable, muy atentos.
Había un Sr que era el que preparaba los tragos, atendía con amargura, poco amable y cortés, y hablaba como si estuviera en un cuartel. Muchos fuimos a las 8 a desayunar y decía: el desayuno es 8.30 en un tono molesto. El cocinero también , le hice incapie que el plato decía 1/4 de pollo y me dijo devuélvalo porque está mal esa carta solo se sirve 1/8. Al final me dio solución por la insistencia. Si esas 2 cosas no hubieran pasado el lugar sería 10/10

Mi experiencia en el hotel Villas Sirena fue bastante decepcionante. El costo de la habitación es de 135 dólares, y a pesar de ello, no pudimos disfrutarla adecuadamente, ya que se fue la luz desde las 11 de la noche hasta las 11 de la mañana siguiente. Durante ese tiempo, no pudimos usar el aire acondicionado ni cargar nuestros teléfonos, y el personal no ofreció ninguna explicación ni compensación. Además, la comida es sumamente cara, con platos como el arroz con mariscos o el ceviche a 50 soles cada uno, lo cual no se ajusta a la calidad del servicio. En resumen, una experiencia muy insatisfactoria, la atención del dueño y encargado malísimo, sentía que estaba pidiendo regalado, sin duda no regresaría, hay mejores al mismo precio y son excelente desde que entras hasta tu retiro....
El ambiente es super tranquilo, esta muy cerca a la playa, las piscinas muy relajantes
