Acceptabil datorită angajaților!

Amplasarea este bună.

Cons:

Am închiriat 4 camere iar in două am selectat pat suplimentar. Am achitat camerele de acasă, iar când am ajuns la recepție mă puneau să achit unul din cele 2 paturu suplimentare. Am avut discuții contradictorii cu cei de la recepție și într-un final au renunțat să mai ceară bani suplimentari. Chiar dacă pe booking hotelul apare cu parcare, ne-au trimis cu mașina într-o parcare publică la 10 minute de hotel. Cu privire la mașină au motivat ca nici parcarea nu e inclusă și ca mașina noastră este prea mare și nu încape pe elevator. Salteaua în camera este foarte tare, am cerut a doua zi un topper și mi s-a spus ca nu au , chit ca pe patul suplimentar aveau toper. Pentru micul dejun pot să le dau nota 10 în rest pentru personalul de la recepție și nota 1 e prea mult.
