Fantastic will be back
Pros:

The hotel was warm and exceptionally clean. We loved the location it was outside the main town but close enough to walk in 5-6 minutes.

Good hotel, perfect location
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a very good place, close to all the attractions, in a walking distance. Staff is very friendly, and willing to support. Breakfast was great!

Cons:

It is a bit outdated. I expected a bit higher level for 4 stars hotel, so considering everything I would say it is strong 3 stars.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, możliwość wykupienia miejsca na parkingu podziemnym jak najbardziej na plus. Śniadanie było w porządku.

Cons:

Po czterech gwiazdach spodziewałam się czegoś więcej. W pokoju widać dość silnie ślady uzytkowania, zagłówek łóżka starty i popękany. Łóżko podwójne tak naprawdę składało się z dwóch pojedynczych, które rozjeżdżały się w nocy.
Wiem, że to centrum Krakowa, ale 100 złotych za dobę za parking to za dużo.
