入住當天中午該飯店員工打電話來確認入住時間及住宿相關事宜，有在電話中跟他確認我們訂的是四人房和兩人房，是否可以安排在同一個樓層，工作人員回覆已經幫我安排好了同一樓層了！
結果到現場的時候，發現被安排在不同樓層，詢問之下，員工回覆我說隔壁房辦理續住，沒有辦法幫我安排同層樓（工作人員回覆的態度與口氣令人相當不舒服）

疑惑有兩點：
1.為何飯店的工作人員跟我講說安排好了，即使後來發現沒有辦法安排樓同樓層，是否可以提前告知，而不是等待客人到現場才發現跟電話中講的不一樣，那種感受很差

2.如果已知本來安排同樓層房間，客人續住，這是已知的事實！
為什麼客服人員還回應說已幫我們安排好同一樓層了…….
他們內部作業應該有出現問題，飯店的服務態度和員工素質有很大的改善空間。

如果發現無法安排同樓層，只要致電告知，提早溝通，事情即可解決。而不是等客人到了飯店，才發現跟電話中承諾的不一樣…….

沒有安排同樓層的時候，應該第一時間是致歉，然後再解釋原因…….
客人已表達疑惑和不舒服的時候，工作人員竟然只是回覆「沒辦法安排同樓層喔，因為那一間房間客人續住了…..」
雖然只是一個小插曲…..
當飯店工作人員在電話的口頭承諾沒有做到的時候…………
飯店應該展現出更好的服務態度和解決問題的能力！

Un lugar muy agradable
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel fue maravillosa y también la amabilidad del personal. Las vistas muy buenas desde la planta 10, en frente del puerto. La cama era bastante cómoda y el baño muy bonito. También tenía adaptadores en los enchufes para poder cargar directamente con nuestros enchufes europeos
