我不喜歡入住房間 一進門就碰到一根大柱子 二個人想同事進入都有困難 今天有跟櫃檯反應 也沒什麼表情 也沒回答
這次飯店早知道隔壁洪瑞珍在整修 我覺得應該先在客人訂房時就提前告知 不是客人到現場都要入住 才告訴我們 要我們體諒？因為是早知道的事 我覺得這樣沒道理要客人照單全收
因為去年有去住過 很喜歡新藍天的格調 這次再入住就完全失望了 敗興而歸
