Pros:

Le propriétaire et sa femme sont adorable. Rien à dire sur eux. Le logement était correct. Cohérent avec le prix proposé.

Points positifs :

- à proximité de plusieurs restaurants de plage et d'un petit magasin
- hôte sympathique
- proche de la mer
- serviettes de bains mis à disposition

Points négatifs :

- le parking n'appartient pas au propriétaire. Il appartient a l'un des restaurateur de la plage qui se montre agressif si vous vous garez dans la place indiqué par l'hôte mais que vous ne consommez pas chez lui. Il essai presque de vous racketter en menaçant de bloquer la voiture le jour du départ si vous ne lui donnez pas une compensation.
L'annonce indiquant "avec parking gratuit" et l'hôte se portant garant de la place, nous n'avions été prévenu à aucun moment qu'il y avait une obligation de consommer chez l'autre individu. D'autant plus qu'il n'a pas aimé le fait que nous avions consommer pour de grosses additions chez son voisin, qui est meilleur.

Great Value for money
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable apartment with a great balcony. It is not too modern and is great value for money. It was easy to find and very close to the seafront, it has a pretty garden. The host was friendly and helpful. Milatos is a peaceful seaside village reminiscent of Crete 40 years ago, however it has choice of places to eat. We had our best meal in Crete so far at Meraklis Tavern on the waters edge, very good value

Very quiet and peaceful and close to beach
Pros:

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to chill and the hosts were so accommodating even picking up my two older grandchildren from the next village .thank you George and maria .
