Front Desk staff is very professional and attentive to needs. Great customer service by Daniil, Katerina, and all others, sadly i did not get everyone else’s names.
Best breakfast I ever had in a hotel!Big choice of Healthy food - Syrniki were delicious.
It is located on the same parking lot as the SP Expo, which is about 30 minutes drive to the city downtown. However, they provide shuttle service to the closest subway station and airport. Just take pictures of the schedule at the Front Desk.

Удобные кровати, шикарный санузел! Бесплатный трансфер тоже порадовал, однако микроавтобус не приспособлен для перевозки чемоданов! Могли бы убрать пару сидений и сделать багажную полку!

Как обычно в этой сети отелей, все на достойном уровне. Чистые номера, холлы, очень приветливый персонал, хороший вайфай. На завтраке много выбора ед на разный вкус. Только один небольшой нюанс расстроил(( Больше нет на завтраке вафель, которые можно готовить самому. В прошлый приезд была вафельница. Особенностью данного отеля является удаленное расположение от города, но наличие трансфера делает путь в город комфортным. Удаленность компенсируется красивым просторным видом из окон номеров, спортзала гостиницы.

Всё очень понравилось! Замечательный номер, комфортные кровати, прекрасное обслуживание, очень вкусные разнообразные завтраки))
Из минусов: отсутствие холодильника в номере и невозможность проветривания номера (окна, выходящие на улицу не открываются)
В остальном всё восхитительно!
Обязательно к вам вернёмся!

Замечательная гостиница. Останавливаемся здесь уже второй раз. Всё отлично: вежливый персонал,чистые и комфортные номера, близко от города.

Really nice hotel, i was travelling with my dog. There were really good service and they were very friendly, this weekend was perfect. Breakfast was okey for me. I was eating one evening in Gril! restaurant, food was just okay, little bit disapointment. Location is far from city centre, there is no shops this area. Is was testing saunas and pool. Nice Sauna and spa area. I didint have time to try treatments. Room was big and clean. So good big bed. You can go to Expocenter inside hotel. Every where people was very friendly.

Отель очень достойный, персонал приветливый, везде чисто. Шведский стол на любой вкус, очень понравилось. Персоналу ресторана особое спасибо за вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Но везде добирались на такси, а это не всегда дёшево, при большом спросе цены увеличивались в три раза. В остальном очень довольны

We were tired after a 2-week vacation in Moscow to St Peterburg. The receptionist (I think her name is Olza or Olga) was very helpful and polite. She deserves a badge for rendering excellent customer services.

Checking in on 04 October 2019 evening was seamless and speedy. We had 2 rooms connected to each other. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. I had a nice warm bath and snooze off until the next morning. The breakfast spread was generous and I had my cup of nice hot Russian coffee before leaving for Istanbul.

I highly recommend you try Hampton Inn, St Peterburg ...

My first visit was nice, but I cannot really say so about this other one. Long queuing time for the reception in the beginning, Next at the room, the room was nice and clean, but having a 3 minute shower almost caused an overflow, the sink did not work. I complained in the morning and it was to be fixed. Coming back from the Expo in the evening the sink was not done, the room was not cleaned, the wifi was not working. I went to the reception to ask for wifi, and for the sink to be fixed. I was told there is nothing wrong with the wifi and that I should do this and that to fix the sink myself. I asked the lady if she really meant that I myself with my bare hands would start cleaning the sink and she smiled nicely and said YES. You would really not expect that at a Hilton level hotel, would you? I told her that is not going to happen. So I did not get wifi, i did not get to the shower. The bed I did myself. One hour later I went down again. I explained to the receptionist that I really want the wifi and the sink done. She said that she cannot even phone and I said I know that, because you've run out of IP addresses and the only thing you need to do is to switch it off and on again. But as the people in the reception had a very poor English language and they did not have a clue about what I was talking about, I could not get any help. I got a plummer anyhow and the sink fixed. The wifi started to work around midnight when people were going to sleep and turned off their connections. The rest of the time was OK until the last morning when a young guy from the staff literally run on me when leaving breakfast. It hurt a bit and a couple of days later at home the blue marks started to show on the whole left side of my body. So.... what can I say? What should I think? Extremely bad luck this time and a staff that was helpless with one word.

This three star hotel with a modern look is situated on the outskirts of St Petersburg city. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive away from the Pulkovo airport and about 30 minutes drive away from St Petersburg railway station.
The guest rooms are spacious and immaculately maintained. The attached bathrooms are equipped with modern fittings. Complimentary breakfast provided is adequate and good. Free Wi fi is available.
The hotel has a well equipped Gym.
Complimentary shuttle service is available from and to the airport. Overall service is very good.
The hotel is situated in an open and clean locality, close to some of the major tourist attractions e.g. Catherine Palace in Pushkin.
Recommend this hotel for business as well as leisure travels.

We had an early flight out so we did not get to enjoy any breakfast or shuttle. It would have been great to have a TO GO bag or something available.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay, everything was of high quality, the staff was very friendly and helpful, I loved it that there was a shuttle available, the room was clean and comfortable, overall, it was a great stay!
