1.浴室&廁所&泡溫泉位置,為在房間外面。只有2/3部分有圍起來,其他部分是用升降式遮雨棚遮起來,但是無法全部遮住
,如果寒流來,外出梳洗可能比較不方便。建議再增加活動拉門可以遮住,這樣如果在泡澡時,可依視情況自由拉開
2.電視機太小,看起來只有32吋左右,且遙控器無法開啟螢幕,只能用手按 開關
整體環境及服務都很好，只是可能因為山區房間較為潮溼，有一點發霉。
damp and moldy everywhere, even the AC is full of mold. Can’t stay there any longer so we checked out before 11 pm. Definitely need to avoid this place!
這是我第一次住到這麼生氣的旅宿，晚上9點左右就有一個喝醉的客人一直吵鬧，而且我們房間旁邊居然有人在唱KTV,吵的我沒辦法好好休息，等他們唱歌完，換成一個喝醉酒的客人，一直吵，一直摔門，聲音大到我每次都被嚇到，吵了快三小時，都沒有人制止，隔天跟服務員說，他說我為何不打緊急電話，我入住時，小姐沒有說有事打那個電話，所以這次的住宿除了晚餐好吃以外，其他都很不滿意，
渡假村應該有些歷史，設備偏老舊，早餐樣式不多…
環境清幽，泡湯池夠大夠深，溫泉水質佳，溫度夠高，半戶外式的泡湯很舒適。服務人員態度親切，晚餐及早餐都很豐盛、好吃。

跨年期間還提供甜湯跟仙女棒的活動，有用心服務。
很適合帶孩子來親近大自然 ，可以沿著步道慢慢散步，園區內有許多平地看不到的蝴蝶和蜻蜓品種，還有鱘龍魚可觀賞，餐廳的1280雙人晚餐組合 份量足夠，可惜受疫情影響只能享用送到客房的簡易三明治及一杯飲品，唯一美中不足的是無線網路 其實無法使用。
The pillows were smelly. The hot spring was nice and it truly is in nature which is what I went for.
較晚去用餐，早餐杯子及飲品選擇不足，建議維持在一定量，避免早來的旅客用餐完、晚來的只能挑剩的吃。
房間就有半室外的湯池很棒，可是也因為這樣睡眠品質超差
只要隔壁有人很晚還在泡，或一早起來走動，房間都聽得清清楚楚
晚餐套餐味道不錯但油了點
如果純粹來泡湯應該還好，但如果要來住宿得三思
鱘龍魚套餐非常棒 ，廚師手藝也一流，但住宿方面，不大理想，過於簡露，重點是，可能因為季節關係，蟲非常多，蚊子更多，而溫泉也很慢熱，同時也只也附二瓶礦泉水和二個茶包，連咖啡包都沒有
室內有湯屋可以泡湯，讓人很放鬆，但戶外的大眾池，因防疫期間未開放，很多設施未開放(因此池內有點髒，需要改進)。另早餐清粥小菜和吐司，菜色不多，一般般。
沒有門的廁所浴缸很不ok洗澡也僅有旁邊玻璃上面是沒天花板的,上廁所、洗澡、泡湯一堆昆蟲在身邊飛嚇都嚇死了，上廁所馬桶坐旁還有蜘蛛、蜜蜂，牆上門邊一堆蜘蛛絲、昆蟲，夏天還好，冬天應該冷死了吧！
一進到渡假村辦理住宿，貼心的櫃檯小姐幫我們測量體溫跟噴酒精消毒，也溫馨的提醒我們房間已經消毒乾淨，在房間內也有附酒精讓提供房客隨時消毒。山上環境空曠、景色優美、走在山間小路呼吸著新鮮空氣，真的好舒服！
住房房間乾淨，床睡起來也很舒適。重點渡假村的鱘龍魚非常好吃、早餐也非常合我們的胃口。
如果要我評分，我還想給200分以上。來山上就是要享受大自然。
之前看了很多google 評論，有點擔心踩到擂。但實際入住後，沒有那麼誇張離譜。雖然不是一間飯店，但也算不錯的渡假村。當然每個人感受不同啦。
室內湯屋大很讚很放鬆價格合宜，但戶外的大眾池有點髒需要改進
任何住宿評論真的是見仁見智！唯有自己住過才知道好壞！此次住宿房內就有溫泉池！無時無刻都可以泡湯！愛泡多久就泡多久！整體住宿感覺還不賴！
