Pros:

Relación calidad-precio es excelente. Me gustó el personal, amable y atento en todo momento. Hubo un problema en nuestra habitación y nos cambiaron a una mejor con celeridad. También tienen servicio de lavandería a buen precio, lo cual agradecimos mucho. El desayuno está muy bien, con mucha variedad. El sitio es bonito y acogedor. La ubicación es excelente para visitar Chiang Mai en 2-3 días.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación hace bastante ruido y el mando no funciona correctamente. Teníamos que mover las pilas para que funcionase. La iluminación de las habitaciones es muy oscura, especialmente en el baño, no me podía maquillar porque era demasiado oscuro.

Su staff es muy amable, está bien ubicado, cerca de templos y buena oferta de restaurantes, a 60 metros del 7-Eleven. El desayuno incluido con la habitación es muy variado, tailandes, muy rico. Te apoyan consiguiendo tours, taxis y demás. Es mi segunda vez aqui, con seguridad regreso.

Todo bien, nada que observar aqui.

Great location, comfy bed although the size of the bed made the room feel small. Room a little pokey, but otherwise really good

Pros:

My group were staying nearby but their plans changed and they went to another hotel. After only 1 night I also changed to be with them. The staff were wonderful in helping me relocate and very understanding. Will stay here again next time.
