Had a comfortable stay with Fab ParkInn with very supportive staff.

Unfair at first, then very smooth.
Pros:

I had exceptional assistance from the staff, specifically Sumit Mandal, who answered all my questions and provided assistance with arranging a ride to the airport. He was exceptionally kind and polite.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the FabHotel canceled my reservation without a warning (my email wasn't working) and I learned it when I arrived. I was told they were fully booked and offered me to stay there for one night and two in another hotel. After I agreed, everything magically changed and they found a room for me at a higher price. That's a known trick and I disliked it a lot for a decent business.

Not a good experience. One of our rooms was changed but other room was not changed despite smell coming from both rooms

Only the location was good.

Cons:

All rooms had smell of fungus on walls, over poured Floor cleaner smell and some non smoking rooms smelled of Smoke

I’d say not worth its money, but not bad
Pros:

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, the doggie downstairs adds to the atmosphere :)

Cons:

The rooms are quite basic and worn off, could have been better and cleaner for that money
