Pros:

Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer von der Schlafzimmer Terrasse aus, die Maisonette mit den dicken Steinwänden, die Küche war mit allem was wir brauchen ausgestattet, wir haben sogar gekocht. Die herrliche Ruhelage in der wunderschönen Landschaft, die zentrale Lage, der Vai Palmenstrand ist mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeir zu erreichen, fußläufig der Strand von Kouremenos. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Das Bett quietscht, man muß sich zurückhalten 😀

Dommage l'endroit est magnifique pour faire du windsurf et faire du wingfoil

La vue depuis la location , le calme.

Nous sommes arrivés et un problème de fuite au niveau des toilettes était présent nous avons appelé la propriétaire qui est venu à resserrer une petite vis derrière la chasse d'eau mais pendant la nuit lorsque nous sommes levés nous avions encore les pieds dans l'eau. Le lendemain j'ai donc rappelé la propriétaire qui est revenu et nous a annoncé à notre retour le soir que la fuite était réparée mais malheureusement elle était toujours existante. Monsieur lendemain à la fait venir un plombier qui a réparé la fuite. Elle nous a gentiment proposé de nous changer d'appartement mais nous partons le lendemain donc nous sommes restés dans le même. Nous avions loué pour trois nuits c'est un peu dommage d'avoir eu ce problème mais c'est la faute à pas de chance. La maison a été conçue de telle sorte que lorsque vous ouvrez les portes fenêtres donnant côté piscine et vue sur la mer si vous ouvrez la porte d'entrée de l'autre côté tout claque. Le deuxième problème que nous avons connu c'est que les planches qui servent de Lattes dans le lit ne sont pas accroché et pendant la nuit deux planches sont tombées nous avons également appelé la propriétaire qui a remis les planches en ordre mais je pense que si les planches ne sont pas attachées ou accrochées à quelque chose le problème doit être récurrent. Nous avions deux petites plaques de cuisson qui ne chauffaient pas nous avons signalé le problème à la propriétaire qui a procédé au changement des plaques la veille de notre départ. Tout ça est bien dommage car il aurait été nécessaire de faire un contrôle très détaillé de l'appartement pour connaître l'existence de tous ces problèmes avant de le donner à la location. Madame a fait ce qu'elle a pu mais nous étions là que pour trois jours donc forcément nous avons été embêté par tout ça.

Le logement en pierre naturelle, les 2 terrasses, la piscine, l'accueil par Isabelle.

Le logement est un peu spartiate, les 2 salles de bain trop petites.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in rural eastern Crete
Pros:

Esperides has views to sea. Lovely pool which most of the time we were the only ones there. Well equipped with everything you need. Comfy bed. Gorgeous sunrises. Isabella very welcoming. Lovely local restaurants on beach and Palekastro

Fantastic, well equipped apartment in a beautiful location overlooking olive trees and the sea. Isabelle is super nice and friendly. We totally recommend this place. It’s a pity we couldn’t stay more days. We will be back soon.

Excellent location: extremely calm and relaxing. Close to the sea (850 metres) and within walking distance of the village Palaikastro (2,3 kms). However, a car is needed.
Very comfortable beds.

- Some more effective sun shields for the pool-facing patios on September mornings

Pros:

Very quiet location, nice view, close to the beach, the pool was very handy with the kids. Also they had a comfortable mattress and extra pillows. There was water and a complementary bottle of wine in the fridge when we arrived. Finally, we had lots of outside space with comfortable garden furniture.
