El personal que trabaja en el hotel se mostró muy dedicado y atento, la limpieza en las habitaciones y en el hotel fueron de primera. Muy amables y amigables todos. La próxima vez que visite Bogotá, definitivamente que vuelvo a hospedarme en ese hotel.

Staff are very helpful, they go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Breakfast is excellent, with fresh-cut fruit and fresh dishes every morning. The breakfast staff provided excellent service and were extremely friendly.
