Great property but be warned, no one after hours is there to greet you. After hours in my case was 7 pm. Though the next day, the maid was gone and no one there by 3 pm.
Ideally you have communicated before on WhatsApp and have both the door code and the room code recorded. If not, assuming you have cell, you can do it like I did and call from the door and do everything remotely. Too complicated for me to do in English but someone was available who could take the call
The place was clean and very affordable. The maid let me hang out on the main floor, after she left for the day. I had a late evening flight and I let myself out.

La zona no es turistica y parece mas bien residencial de nivel medio bajo, las sabanas y toallas ya se ven viejas y percudidas, ni siquiera hay una botella de agua y los espacios son muy pequeños. El problema principal diria que es que no cuenta con Aire Acondicionado.

Night staff a little rude. Overall, good hotel!
The front deck lady tried to be nice with me, buy i don't why she don't found the payment of my reserve, and she call the owner of the hotel. The owner asked to talked to me, and he was so rude saying to me that i don't paid my reserve, and i have to paid for my stay again. He continue in the same actitud and i said to him, before i start any trip i pay for my reservation by hotels.com app, and he told me, you have to contact Hotels.com and they have to contact me and said me that you paid already, otherwise you have to paid for the room again. I told to him, i don't have phone service here, because my phone is from Puerto Rico. So if you have any dude, you could contact Hotels.com to check. And after and hour of waiting the owner, called to the front deck lady and told her i'm good to stayed, and everything was already paid. The hotel was in a danger area, and the interior was so simple, and not good facilities... sad to said, but i really don't recomed it to nobody else.
El hotel en realidad funcionaría mejor como un Airbnb, es pequeño y las habitaciones pequeñas y sin ventilación ni luz natural. Está ubicado en medio de un ruidoso vecindario y si es fin de semana peor aún ya que hacen fiestas los vecinos hasta muy tarde por la noche. El staff es lo único bueno.
El hotel esta cerca al aeropuerto y es economico.
En general estuvo bien la estadia, note un olor a insecticida en la habitacion y personalmente me causo molestia ya que soy alergico a muchas sustancias quimicas, tambien nuestra estadia coincidio con la falta de agua caliente.
La habitacion fue comoda, muy limpia, lo mismo que los baños. La relacion entre el costo de la habitacion y el servicio recibido fue muy buena. Volveria nuevamente
El lugar es excelente, las camas son como aparecen en la foto, la habitacion con suficiente espacio y muy comoda y no solo la ubicacion es buena porque hay comercio relativamente cerca(3-8 min caminando), lo mas importante, la excelente atencion de sus duenos y del personal, bellisimas personas todos. el lugar es muy limpio y cuenta con laundry, muy buen desayuno y la mejor disponibilidad para ayudarle y orientarle en especial a quien no conoce el area y sus costumbres.
Excelente servicio, buena limpieza. Desayuno muy bueno. Empleados muy atentos y serviciales.
