非常乾淨也讓人覺得很舒服，老闆人也很好，原本是11.退房，但不小心超過了一個小時，並沒有跟我額外收費，一個人出來旅遊，覺得很溫暖，感謝老闆提供了一個很舒服的住宿環境。

房間&浴間很乾淨；水垢很少
隔音略差..樓梯有人說話就能很清楚聽到
彈簧床硬的每個人腰痠背痛（依個人喜好）
一早起來睡到骨盆痛酸軟，枕頭偏軟。
住宿房間無電梯，上樓一樓樓梯狹窄到房間需經過餐廳。有大行李的會不方便，一樓沒有大廳跟接待人員、住宿無車位只能停附近停車格！住宿無提供早餐

很舒服的民宿，老闆人很好，有天買了啤酒，但卻沒有開瓶器，詢問老闆，老闆十點多了還過來送開瓶器給我們，房間也很乾淨，下次來台南還會住！！

Pros:

離赤崁樓算近，可走路到酒吧喝酒算不錯。但因為樓下是餐廳，隔音不太好，加上入住當天晚上2樓有餐廳客人歡慶的樣子，蠻吵的。連我們在四樓都聽的到碰碰聲響，浴室乾濕分離不錯，但電視搖控器接觸有問題，要在離電視大約2個手臂才能轉台，床是硬床墊沒有床板，會認床的不建議。

入住當天來電詢問時間，確認當時有櫃檯人員可以協助check in，很貼心
退房後打電話回去詢問是否能協助寄放需冷藏的伴手禮，也很熱血協助
除了這些服務，房間也很舒適，下次再訪臺南會選擇再次入住村料理
