El persona es súper atento, te dejan una bolsita de agua caliente en la cama para cuando llegues esté calientes las cobijas y un termo con agua aromatica/fruta. El desayuno es variado todos los días. Y el personal está dispuesto a colaborar en todo.

The bed was very comfortable.
The hallway noise was heavy. I could hear every conversation. They placed me in a room next to check in. When I asked specifically about the noise they said this was a quiet room. I could hear everything going on in the hallway and it check in and check out

Mucho ruido, al ser una habitación interna, se escuchaba todo cuando llegaba nuevas personas o hablaban
El hotel es muy bueno, habitaciones muy cómodas y está a 2 cuadras de la plaza de Nariño. El personal muy amable.
Que no tuviera ascensor. Nos tocó en el piso 3 y no es tan chévere subir y bajar escaleras. Para una persona con movilidad reducida no es una buena opción.
