員工態度：明明櫃枱有三個人且我們前面也沒人，為何要辦理入住時一定要去用自助櫃檯？而且還找不會說中文的外勞來考驗我們聽東南亞腔的英文？另我們感覺非常不舒服！！！另外，房間隔音不好。
