Le personnel toujours souriant et très gentil… Petit déjeuner copieux… Établissement propre, confortable, proche de beaucoup d’endroit.
Certains voisins beaucoup trop bruyant.

The staff were polite and cooperative, shortages were resolved promptly, and they were responsive. The management made a sincere effort to ensure our satisfaction.
There was a noise issue on the second night that lasted until 3 AM. After I went to the reception and the night-shift staff came to warn the neighboring unit, we managed to get only a short sleep before a long 7-hour trip, which was not pleasant.

Rooms were spacious for a family of 4. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There’s a 5 mins walk through the hotel to carrefour (supermarket) which is very good for groceries for my children.
The rooms weren’t very clean. There were dead mosquitos squashed all over ceilings and walls. The kitchen didn’t seem very clean at all. The microwave was dirty. The AC gave off a sewage smell.

The place was empty and plenty of help to make it a wonderful visit. However, the staff was inattentive and absent. Food was below average. Checked out a day early wishing for a better experience.
Employees are so helpful and nice
Massive, clean, and spacious apartments with basic amenities that are thoughtfully done. The staff are consistently polite, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast options are limited but adequate. The resort feels very quiet in terms of overnight guests, though the pool area is popular with daytime visitors. The private beach is a real highlight—beautifully maintained and far better than the one at the nearby Four Seasons.

The suites were perfect for my family of 5, it had three separate rooms & bathrooms, with a bunch of space and a kitchen.
The area had everything you need, pool heated indoor and an outdoor pool. Gym, spa, restaurant.
Straight path to the beach and a mall with a grocery store within walking distance. I mean a 3 minute walk not far at all.
The manager was excellent and we should have talked to him the first day because he knew all the places to go.
We will visit again and plan to get to the desert.
