Pros:

We had a late flight into Kefalonia, communications with Ilios (owner) was great. He was waiting for us on arrival about midnight. 1st impression off room, basic but clean. We got what we paid for. Location up a hill, as most properties in that area are, but this gives you the great views over Trapezaki bay, unfortunately we only had partial view, but this didn’t spoil our time here. That was the rain, we were just unlucky that there were freak storms when we were there. A car is a def if you want to see the island, there are a few restaurants nearby and a local shop selling everything you need.

Pros:

PREGI: lo studio è molto pulito, in una zona tranquilla, i serramenti sono nuovi e ben insonorizzanti, il materasso è comodo, offre spazio per parcheggiare l'auto, il titolare è molto disponibile e gentile.
DIFETTI: La struttura si trova a circa 1,5 km da Trapezaki Beach (con strada molto ripida) e rende necessaria l'auto, manca sia la tenda che il supporto per il soffione nella doccia, mobilio in buono stato anche se decisamente vecchio e scoordinato.

Very chilled out place with a pool and air-con
Pros:

Here is a great base from which to explore beautiful Kefalonia. There is a nice and usually quiet pool on site and you are walking distance from local shops and restaurants. Be aware that the property is at the top of a really steep hill, quite a climb back at night but we probably burnt off a few calories! This is a quiet, relaxing place, not the right place for fun seeking teenagers but ideal for families or couples. I would heavily suggest that you book a car as the hills are pretty steep, to get around.

The site manager (Illias) is excellent. He is friendly, efficient and helpful. The other staff are also very nice and the cleaner does an amazing job.
