Die Lage ist genial. Die Zimmergrösse ist sehr angenehm. Und es gibt ein sehr, sehr leckeres Frühstück.Hatten Probleme mit den TV-Programmen, da kam
sofort ein Techniker und hat es behoben.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind extrem weich. Jetzt im Sommer wird es furchtbar warm im Zimmer und wenn man versucht über Nacht zu lüften,ist es extrem laut und da es keine Aussenrollos gibt, ab 5 Uhr hell im Zimmer. Das sind anstrengende Nächte.

Overall, this hotel offers decent value but is a very basic place to stay. The location is good, though not great. We were placed in an accessible room, which meant the bathroom setup wasn’t ideal for us and the shower easily overflowed; unless you specifically need an accessible layout, I would recommend avoiding these rooms.

The room itself is incredibly sparse: there is no AC (just a fan), no refrigerator, and no kettle. While the breakfast was actually quite good, the overall experience could easily be improved with just a few standard amenities. It is a fine budget option, but don't expect a great place.

Amazing breakfast buffet; very friendly staff

Cons:

My room was next to a very noisy street due to car traffic, even during night. The room heated up to 30 degrees, and even though there was a fan, it was basically impossible to sleep due to the heat and the noise coming from outside. I also walked endlessly to reach my room and my bike which was stored it a bike shed in the parking garage.

Posizione ottima per visitare Vienna spostandosi a piedi. Buona colazione abbondante continentale, pochi dolci per chi vuol far colazione con brioche ecc.

Cons:

Stanze prive di aria condizionata, d’estate quando fa caldo la stanza è calda.

Gentilezza e disponibilità
Pros:

Esperienza sorprenente, staff gentilissimo e disponibile ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta ( un giorno ci hanno persino preparato una colazione da portar via perchè avevamo spiegato di avere un'escursione all'alba). Camere molto pulite, colazione abbondante e varia. Posizione eccellente per raggiungere buona parte dei monumenti a piedi.

Cons:

La strada è un po' rumorosa e, poichè le camere non erano dotate di aria condizionata e si doveva stare con le finestre aperte, purtroppo ciò influiva sulla sveglia mattutina.
