Pros:

Les lits étaient super confortables et ils changent les serviettes tous les jours. On a même droit à des serviettes de plage. Le petit dejeuner est copieux et bon : gauffres, pancakes, bacon, oeufs brouillés, vrai jus d'orange et bon café!
Le bar/restaurant est aussi sympa quand on n'a pas envie de bouger. Très bons cocktails.
L'emplacement est bien, on peut prendre le collins express gratuit pour rejoindre le coeur de miami beach en une demi heure.

Cons:

La piscine est anecdotique, mais de toute façon la mer est à côté avec un grande plage à 6 ou 7 mn à pied(il faut contourner les hotels de luxe).
Pas de thé au petit déjeuner c'est dommage.
L'accueil n'est pas au même endroit que l'hôtel c'est un peu bizarre. Mais bon c'est à deux pas.
Au niveau de la serviabilité c'était moyen : mon amie a du passer deux jours à l'hôpital et ils n'ont jamais voulu lui rembourser les deux petits déjeuner quelle n'a pas pris bien malgré elle.

Would definitely recommend! :) they were great!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff is very friendly and room was perfect for our family! They even have complementary coffee offered in the morning, and a cute little popcorn machine for free in the lobby in the afternoon/evening! Management was great also! Thank you for having us! We will be back next time we visit Miami. :)

Cons:

Only thing that suprised us a little was parking. Weve never been to Miami, (so it could just be how all hotels are there?) but we had to pay to park off site. $35 for overnight parking per night. There's no parking at the actual hotel. It was very close though and parking was only a block or 2 away, so not a big deal. Again though, everyone was amazing and definitely were EXTREMELY accommodating. We cant thank them enough. :)

Lo limpio que estaba, el personal muy amable. Volvería de nuevo!! Las habitaciones olían a limpio! La cama era cómoda y el lugar muy tranquilo y agradable.

Cons:

Que no tuviera parking, pero al costado tienes la opción de optar por el parking pago que literalmente económico.

I'm very glad we only had to stay 1 night

The only plus was the pool was very shallow about 3ft deep and was perfect depth for my daughter to swim

Cons:

The a/c was those portable a/c units you buy at Walmart and the thing wasn't working properly and would give 7loud BEEPS every 20 minutes all night.. the smell was terrible smells like old moldy carpet. The beds smell. Be careful if you have respiratory problems cause im certain there's mold.

Pretty good hotel
Pros:

Close proximity to the beach. The front desk lady was really sweet.

Cons:

The restaurant took forever. Not that I guess we were in any hurry.... Also, the stairs were a pain that we had to climb to get to our room with luggage. Also we asked for more towels that were never delivered. My husband had to drive from a shower with a hand towel lol.

Security Deposit Still Not Refunded
Pros:

Unfortunately, my experience reflects what many other guests have already reported in previous reviews.

My husband and I stayed in Room 1113 and checked out early on June 1, 2026, leaving the room in good condition and without any damages or outstanding charges. At check-in, a security deposit of approximately USD 100 was charged to our card.

Despite multiple attempts to obtain information, we have still not received the refund or a clear explanation regarding when it will be processed.

What is most concerning is that, after reading other reviews, I realized that several guests have reported similar issues involving delayed or missing security deposit refunds. This suggests that my case may not be an isolated incident.

The hotel itself has a good location, but transparency regarding security deposits and refund timelines is essential. Guests should not have to spend weeks or months following up to recover money that rightfully belongs to them.

I hope management addresses this issue promptly and improves communication with guests regarding deposit refunds.
