Ich wohne nun schon uber vier Wochen in diesem Hotel in Cali und habe den Aufenthalt immer wieder verlangert , weil es mir so gut gefallen hat hier .
Ok , es gab und gibt auch einiges zu verbessern hier , aber das alles besprach ich personlich mit Monika , der Chefin des Hotels, eine sehr competente und inteligente Frau mit Niveau und Wissen und Erfahrung ,ein grosses Lob dafur und danke schon .

Cons:

Eigentlich gar nichts, mir hat alles sehr gefallen.

Pros:

Sin comentarios.

Cons:

1. Habían cucarachas en las habitaciones.
2. En la primera habitación que daba a la calle, se escucha a muy en la madrugada a indigentes y comerciantes mover cosas.
3. Cuando nos dieron otra habitación no nos colocaron las toallas completes aún solicitándolo.
3. En el hotel indicaban que contaba con aire acondicionado en la habitación y no tenía.
4. La puerta de la ducha se caía todo el tiempo.
5. El aroma de la habitación era como si estuviera húmedo y guardado.
6. Solo servían como 3 canales del televisor.

La atención de la chica de recepción

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado ni ventilador. No habían toallas. El desayuno fue bastante regular por no decir que malo. Realmente no hay relación entre el precio pagado y la calidad del servicio recibido.
