Hotel LeVeque, Autograph Collection

Location downtown was good spot. The atmosphere was great, jazz playing all the time, and the bar was great, the room was new and smelled great. The noise level in the room from next door was high. Service was good at the front desk, but had an issue late one night with them calling the room, they worked it out with me. The biggest problem is that the AC does not work in the room. It was not very cold and did not enjoy sleeping in a hot room. So for that im giving it a 3, because my expectation was it was going to be the best. Always have had a great stay at other autograph hotels.

Property was nice but way overpriced

On our drive from Denver to Boston we made a stopover at the Hotel LeVeque in Columbus, Ohio. We were tired and just wanted to be home.
Well everyone on the staff made us feel at home. From the Valet to the reception desk (the glass of champagne was a nice touch), to everyone in the restaurant, to Brent at checkout we felt welcome. The hotel was old school beautiful and we will surely stay here on our next drive to Denver. WELL DONE!

Great experience, great food at "The Keep". I'll definitely be back!

A simple request turned into a front desk/check in employee Elizabeth to go over and above for our family. Our daughter was craving ice cream and instead of just saying they didnt have it, she arranged and uber eats and delivered to the room personally with absolute grace and professionalism. An example of a young lady working hard and mastering her position.

I just stayed at the Hotel Leveque for the first time while attending a friend's wedding. What a beautiful classy property. My 7th floor room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and lots of city sights. However, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was the best part. Special shout out to Yordi at the front desk who helped me with a shoe shine. Looking for a weekend oasis in downtown Columbus? Hotel Leveque comes with my highest endorsement.

I booked this hotel for a quick weekend road trip mainly due to it's proximity to the Nationwide Arena. The architecture and interior decor is super cool. I'm seriously not a fan of the barn door bathroom divider, but our room layout was such that you walked down a back hall to the bathroom and also had a separate toilet room. And it's so nice to have a walk-in shower that actually contains all the water in the shower.
The staff here was so nice to us. Everyone was friendly and talkative whenever we met up with them across the building. We happened to be in the elevator with Jackie while she was on the phone. She was super fun and gave us a few secrets about getting around the hotel quicker. Jess was great to chat with in the restaurant and offered some awesome recs for breakfast. The food in The Keep was delish!! The only actual problem was my mobile key didn't work for the elevator. I only waited a few moments for Brent to hook me up with another physical key and I was good to go. He was so outstandingly nice, taking several moments of what was likely his break time to get food, to chat with us as he knew the area we lived. If I return to Columbus I'll definitely stay here again.

All the front desk staff were amazingly helpful and welcoming. Several times I needed assistance and they were friendly and accommodating. Each time I came in or left I was greeted with a smile and salutation. The room was spacious and spotless and housekeeping was wonderful. Warm and wonderful!

This hotel is nothing short of five star! Every single staff member was courteous, helpful, and professional. Our room was beautiful, as was the lobby, and the overhead music played continually in the lobby was awesome as well.
We loved checking in on Friday to the live music in the lobby and complementary Prosecco. Sehmar at check in was so welcoming, and a gentleman always went to the elevator to get us our elevator, which was a very kind gesture. Brent who helped us at checkout was charming and personable and so thoughtful and helpful! Each staff member made us feel like we were appreciated guests. The location is great and you can walk or easily. Uber to all the great restaurants in German Village or the Short North. A Starbucks in the lobby is convenient and the food at the keep very good. Overall, an incredible ambience and outstanding staff made for a very memorable experience!

Step into a little throwback from the 20s at this special hotel. The accommodations are lovely, the staff is wonderful and the restaurant is great. Semhar at the front desk was super helpful, even bringing my food delivery up to my room for me. On Friday afternoons, they have live music and free champagne to go with it. When you’re ready to retire for the evening, enjoy a starry projection on the ceiling. All these little touches add up to a great stay. I’ve stayed here before and I’ll be back again.
