Mi cuarto no fué limpiado el día 2 de mi estadía, por la noche pedí una cobija porque es invierno y no me la trajeron hasta la última noche de mi estadía. El personal no es muy amable.

La Recepcionista estaba perdida.....

El Hotel es muy bonito y bien ubicado, el problema fue la recepcionista, al llegar nos dijo que ellos no trabajaban con Hoteles.com ¿?, y que no encontraba mi reserva, y sin revisar mas, nos invito a retirarnos.... pues no teníamos reserva...., luego de mucha insistencia y de pedir hablar con su jefe, recien se puso a buscar en los correos y encontró la reserva, pero nos hiso perder mucho tiempo y pasar un disgusto...

I didn’t expect much for a overnight airport stop, but couldn’t have imagined this. Absolutely horrible. Dirty bathroom with hair in the shower. Don’t believe the 24 hour airport shuttle. Just some guy in a Kia sleeping in the lobby. And it wasn’t free as advertised. Phone number posted in Expedia was wrong. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Really disappointed in Expedia. Feel misled.

Pros:

Check-in was easy and efficient, although English is very limited. Our room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed, small pillows. The breakfast was limited to slices of ham and cheese, instant coffee, rolls and juice. The desk staff tried to be helpful, but limited English and knowledge interfered.

Fitnesscenteret var slet ikke et center. Fire maskiner i alt som ovenikøbet var rustne.

Morgenmaden bestod kun af brød og te.

Lyset i værelset blinkede hele natten, hvilket sikkert kan blive ordnet, hvis man er der mere end en dag.

Værelserne er super pæne og sengen god.

Room was nice and clean, but the sink in the bathroom didn't work properly as well as several lights in the room. For the breakfast they provide a couple of toast with butter and jam + coffee/tea.

Por poco más dinero puedes ir a hotel mucho mejor
Pros:

La entrada al vestíbulo ya da la sensación de hotel de nivel bajo, no se ve muy limpio. Igual los pasillos de la planta se ve la moqueta sucia y la habitación olía como a humedad y no invita a la comodidad. La ventana del baño daba como a una cocina y habían olores a comida y entraba aire frío. Por suerte la puerta del baño se podía cerrar para no tener ruido en la habitación. Ésta se ve antigua y no muy cuidada, pero era grande.

Burde finnes bedre alternativer
Pros:

Fine rom, innsjekking gikk greit og fikk bestilt taxi til flyplassen. Frokosten som skulle starte 07:00 var ikke klar før 07:20 og personalet var uhøflige og ga ingen forklaring eller unnskyldning selv om vi hadde det travelt for å rekke fly. Fikk loff med smør og syltetøy som de kalte «kontinental frokost».

El hotel es bonito y bien organizado, pero tuve problemas con el servicio de aseo debido a que el arreglo y limpieza de la habitación fue cada dos días. La Internet no tenia una buena señal en mi habitación. La TV tenia menos de 45 canales de los cuales unos 35 canales tenían intermitencia en su señal y no se podía ver un programa correctamente.
