Tree Breeze Inn

The stay was good. It is fairly basic but the host was friendly. We had takeaway and ate it at the dining table as there wasn't really facilities to cook.
It's about a 20 minute walk into Kandy, which is uphill on the way home. Also very dark at night to be walking on fairly winding roads.

We had a great stay here. Jenny the house care taker was super friendly and made sure everything was perfect for us (she even helped us order a pizza!) she was always there to help us no matter how big or small :)

The house is perfectly located only 10 mins outside of town via tuktuk which is a pleasant escape from the city and is surrounded by beautiful trees.

Definitely worth a stay if you're in the area!

sommes arrivés à 7, le soir, fin décembre, étions les seuls- il y a une quinzaine de lits. Bon accueil par deux jeunes hommes charmant qui parlent un peu anglais. Très bon repas à la lumière de bougies, le groupe électrique fait du bruit, on a demandé qu'il soit éteint. (Avions téléphoné dans l'après-midi pour confirmer le repas) . pas beaucoup de moustiques ni mouches.Le camp a été rénové récemment. Réveil à 4h30 avec un thé pour le safari, puis bon petit dej après à 9h. On aurait bien aimé rester plus longtemps

The Room was big and the area was quiet. There was no restaurant or room service. Not even a shop as listed in the hotel notes. The bathroom was dirty and very old. Alot of bugs. The shower was either hot or cold and was like showering under a tap. The Inn is NOT in or bear the city centre, certainly not within walking distance unless you like hiking. No tv anywhere or common area etc. The fan kept shorting out and would only work when the light was on too. The wifi was terrible. The bed was small and uncomfortable.

行きたい場所を伝えるとツアーを組んでくださり、ご飯を食べたい時はすぐに用意してくださいました。
宿のシャワーのお湯が出ないことはたまにありましたが、お部屋は快適でとても過ごしやすかったです。

Good value for the money if you don't mind big spiders, and tons of mosquitos in your room

Even thought the hotel team were very helpful with airport transfer, the room was fairly dirty and we didn'the have any hot water for the majority of the stay.
However, the team were very helpful and the driver who brought us back from the airport and took us to sigiriya and dambulla was Fantastic!

Un bon séjour. La maid est très gentille et serviable. Une jolie maison, ma chambre etait petite avec 2 lits une place. On me déconseillé un des lits je comprends pourquoi le lendemain. En effet plein de sciure de bois sur le matelas d'avoir côté. ..
Pour ma part salle de bain séparée donc chambre au 1er et salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée. Chambre et salle de bain un peu vétuste.
Pour ainsi dire impératif de prendre un tu tuk pour s'y rendre surtout de nuit.
Très bon rapport qualité prix j'y retournerai.

The hosts were really nice and helpful and it was very good value for money. But the place was quite far from city centre and room comfort was average. Other issue was that we arrived at the advised check-in time but we could not do it because previous occupiers hadn't checked out yet. Recommended if looking for a very cheap option.

Very racist, owners told me they do not like local people. I had 1 local guide and 1 local driver. They wanted more money, the told me the Internet information was outdated.

Good experience

Very good value for money. Rooms are very basic but overall property is nice. You need a Tuk Tuk to get anywhere as its a bit far out. We hired a Tuk Tuk for the day for 2000RP and saw all the sights that way which I would recommend.

Looks nice from outside but the 3 rooms are in need of a renovation & good clean. Toilets don't flush, no water pressure in shower, wifi doesn't work & room heavily scented with mothballs/ nilodour. The hosts speaks limited English so communication was difficult. We ordered a cup of tea on arrival & the white cups had clearly not been washed. We then decided not to have breakfast there opting to go into town instead. Very cheap at $25 a night so I guess you get what you pay for.

Hotellet var lite og familiedrevet. Hyggelig betjening men veldig enkel standard. Wifi var bra og vi hadde hyggelig balkong. Badet var et stort minus. Det var veldig enkel standard og knapt noen stråle i dusjen. Vi kunne ikke gå til sentrum men det gikk raskt med tuk-tuk. Alt i alt bra hotell prisen tatt i betraktning.

Prima hotel voor de prijs. Onze kamer had een "privé" veranda en daardoor hebben we erg genoten van onze tafel en stoelen. Dit hebben niet alle kamers. Zeer goede tips voor uitstapjes in de buurt. Niet iedereen spreekt even goed Engels.
