Ein wunderschönes (mit viel Liebe zum Detail) Hotel. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen vorzüglich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Leider hat es an unserem Aufenthale vom3.zu5. November mit den div. Abrechnungen nicht geklappt.
1. Wir haben gefragt ob wir für den 2. Tag Halbpension haben können, dies wurde uns zugesagt, wir konnten dadurch auch nur aus der Tagesliste unser Essen zusammenstellen und nicht aus der grossen Karte. Bei der Abrechnung stellten wir aber fest, dass nicht Halbpension sonderjede Position einzeln verrechnet worden ist. Dies hat uns enttäuscht und das Hotel ist in keiner Weise entgegen gekommen, schade.

Très bon hôtel. Personnel accueillant. Deux regrets cependant : pas de documentation ni de menu en anglais. Et, Contrairement à ce qui est décrit dans les chambres, les serviettes de toilettes sont systématiquement changées même si elles restent sur les porte-serviettes.

Meraviglioso hotel nell'architettura, nei servizi, nelle camere e soprattutto nell'area SPA. Davvero un angolo di paradiso per chi vuole rilassarsi. Super consigliato per coppie.

Superfreundliches Team, hervorragendes Essen. Von A bis Z toll. Einzig den schwachen WLAN könnte man als Verbesserungsvorschlag platzieren, wenn sowas einem wichtig wäre. Werden sicherlich oft wieder dort logieren.
