La limpieza de las hábitaciones y sobre todo el baño, muy mala. No había comida, el restaurante solo funciona para las personas con pensión completa, los demás debemos ir al pueblo a buscar comida

Dar información al huésped sobre la reserva del restaurante!!

Las instalaciones muy bonitas, muy limpias y queda a 10 minutos del pueblo de quimbaya, de hecho estaban en ferias, en el hotel hubo una fonda me en cantó con cantante invitado y cerveza artesanal libre 1 hora, estuvo increíble!!

Cuando llegamos al chek in, preguntamos por el restaurante, y nos dijeron que el restaurante sólo funcionaba con reserva, y cómo no se había dado esa información pues, uno imagina que el restaurante siempre está disponible, me parece que al escribir sus servicios en la página deberían informar éste tema, les falta un poco de coordinación con el tema de la información entre empleados y sus directrices, habíamos pagado la cena, y cuando fuimos a cenar y estábamos en la fila la niña del restaurante no nos iba a dar la cena porque según ella la manilla no correspondía,nos hizo pasar un poco de pena, con los demás huéspedes, luego confirmaron y la recepción había omitido un documento que ellos deben tener para saber que clientes pagaron la cena, soy un poco estricta con los temas laborales y esto me pareció muy desorganizado. No habían muchos clientes para haber tenido dicha confusión. En tema de utensilios de aseo que según informan tener para sus huéspedes no había jabón en la ducha.Es una crítica constructiva para tener en cuenta.

La vía de acceso es muy mala , está muy mal señalizada la entrada . el parqueadero del hotel queda retirado en la misma parte que parquean los usuarios del parque no se ve vigilante, el personal del hotel no es amable les falta atención al cliente, además no querían encender el jacuzzi y turco (nos dijeron que porque había llovido) tocó enojarnos para que los encendieran porque la Sra del bar al preguntarle su respuesta fue que no encendería nada, la Sra del bar nunca estaba no había forma de consumir nada en el lugar, se notaba que quería irse ya, aún eran las 9pm y el servicio se informó que era hasta las 10pm a otros clientes les dijo que ya no iba a ensuciar nada por lo que pidieron un licor en botella, las toallas estaban manchadas y en la ducha del cuarto toda el agua se quedaba estancada, la comida regular, no volvería, no lo recomiendo hay mejores en la zona, adicional no entregan factura.
