Pros:

Отдых прошел на отлично. Так случилось, что забыли лекарство дома. Необходимо было выписать рецепт и в этом случае нам очень помогла администратор по имени Диана. Большое ей спасибо! Кроме того в эту поездку у нас случился день рождения. Большое спасибо персоналу и владельцам отеля за хорошие , теплые слова! Это было приятно.

Cons:

Мы давно и часто ездим на отдых в Италию. И, в разных отелях все немного разнится. В этот раз нам не хватило свежих овощей и свежих фруктов(сентябрь!!). И хотелось бы иметь у бассейнов 2-3 центрифуги для отжима белья.

Der Service und das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit - einfach toll!
Alles sehr sauber, Pools klasse aber am besten war das Essen! Halb - und Vollpension lohnen sich.

Hôtel luxueux au décor des années 70 avec une clientèle composée essentiellement de personnes âgées.
Pros:

Nous y sommes venus pour la deuxième fois. Il y a 8 ans. Le décor n a pas changé. Joli hôtel luxueux des années 70 qui correspond à une clientèle âgée. Tout est propre. Dommage que personne ne puisse parler Français. Nous y avons séjourner 15 jours, nous aurions apprécié lors de la remise de clé que l on nous disent merci, bon retour.

Cons:

Les horaires pour déjeuner et pour le dîner sont assez restreint. Le soir il faut être présent pour 20h20, après ils ne servent plus. 19h20 /20h20 l accès au dîner. Les repas sont globalement bons mais toujours présentés sous la même forme, entrée, pâtes, risotto puis plats au choix, dessert fromage ou glace ou coupe de fruits, les menus sont donc toujours de la même composition. Parfois, le service se fait très rapidement, nous avons encore des choses dans notre assiette que l on nous présente déjà le plat suivant alors qu il s agit d un moment de détente. Soirée musicale, reprend toujours le même répertoire, valse,tango, tcha tcha... dommage !

Pros:

Camera ampia, pulita e ben climatizzata. Area verde e zona piscine ben curata. Ottimo ristorante

Cons:

Aree comuni non climatizzate. Troppo sbalzo tra le camere fresche e le zone come corridoi, scale, hall, caldissime.

Ottimo ma migliorabile
Pros:

Le piscine erano numerose grandi a varie temperature facili da utilizzare anche per persone con difficoltà motorie.
La qualità del cibo era ottima.

Cons:

La zona SPA gratuita era composta da un unica sauna e un bagno turco non molto grandi ma soprattutto erano accessibili solo per due ore al pomeriggio.
Nelle stanza non era presente il frigo.
