Relax nella natura alle terme euganee
Pros:

Accoglienza, pulizia e ordine. Ottime le piscine termali. Barman eccezionale.

Cons:

Allungherei di almeno una mezzora il tempo a disposizione per la colazione considerando che chi viene alle terme si rilassa e al mattino tende a prolungare il sonno. Fornirei di default cuscini più alti anche se a richiesta c'è un bellissimo menù di cuscini a disposizione

Alles, vom Essen bis zu den Thermen. Das Personal ist äusserst zuvorkommend. Die Besitzer freundlich und grosszügig. Kann es wärmsten empfehlen.

Pros:

Only thing is good in this hotel is the restaurant & bar. Employees in the restaurant & bar are friendly. Lunch & Dinner choice is lovely.

Front desk employees: helpful but un friendly,
They look stressed & unfriendly.
Infrastructure :: rooms are old and guess never renovated. We asked if aircondition can be switched on because it was very hot in the room, we were told from the reception that they switch on aircondition in June and not earlier. Fango rooms are very old and bath tub looks very disgusting.

Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un solo weekend ma è bastato per sentire l’accoglienza di questo hotel. Ottimi servizi in camera e nella parte piscine e spa, personale di sala gentilissimo, ottimo cibo e vario, ottima posizione vicino ai colli, immerso nel verde proprio per un relax assoluto, bellissimo il parco che hanno attorno all’hotel. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
