The hotel itself is average and as advertised, but the location is pretty awful.
Pros:

The room was as advertised. The staff were nice, and the interior was clean and well decorated.

Cons:

The location was worse than other reviews indicated. It is not that "near" a train station, and it is a minimum 30 min travel there and back whenever you want to do something in the city. Also, the nearby neighborhoods are a bit sketchy...

Pros:

Toppbetyg! Hotellet lågt vackert i ett lugnt område nära kommunikationer. Rummen var vackra och smakfullt inredda, mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Passa på att besöka baren när ni är där! Jag kommer komma tillbaka hit vid nästa resa till Amsterdam!

Great hotel except for heating
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Good location if you prefer to stay outside Amsterdam Centraal.

Cons:

Thermostat not working properly. Could not warm up room. We were supplied with a small heater but room still not warm enough. Thermostat needed replacing.

5 star hotel on a 3 star budget
Pros:

Such a good hotel. Staff are brilliant, very pleasant welcome! Room is stunning and the bathroom is amazing. Location is great, we wanted a hotel on the outskirts which is quieter and this is perfect for that. (Reviews saying this is a negative act like they didn't choose a hotel on the outskirts. Want a closer hotel, book one)

Jumbo (supermarket vibes) around the corner, mcdonalds to if that's your thing.
