Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
Pros:

Hotel as described. Large rooms with super comfortable beds. Staff very welcoming. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Nothing.

The hotel was a few stops on the tram and then a ten minute walk. Once you’d done the trip once and found your way it was easier to get to all areas of the city, so the fact the hotel was in a suburb was not a problem.

חדר האוכל וצוות המסעדה. הצוות בקבלה היה תמיד נחמד ורצה לעזור.

Cons:

תחזוקת החדרים!
לא היה מספיק אור בחדר. חלק מהמנורות שהיו לא עבדו והיו מקולקלות. המזגן היה מקולקל והיה קר בלילה. הטלפון לא עבד. לא קיבלנו אף יום מים לחדר למרות שאמרו לנו בקבלה שנקבל. הכריות לא נוחות בכלל.

It was ok, will probably not be back, but it did the job. Lovely people at reception.
