Nice place and it was cheaper (and as it turned out much better) than the available alternatives.
Pros:

I was already surprised by it being 5stars, so my expectations were lower. I liked the huge and clean room, the breakfast was nice, I don't think these are anything special, but it was nice. I really liked it.

Pros:

Wir hatten im Zita-Palace für 10 Tage ein Zimmer gebucht. In diesem eleganten und noblen Hotel haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, dazu hat auch das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal beigetragen. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich, wir haben selten etwas besseres erlebt. Zubuchen konnte man auch einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage (kostenpflichtig) mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel, so dass unser Fahrzeug die Nacht über nicht draußen stehen musste.
In nur 5 Fußminuten Entfernung liegt mit der Taverne "Φαιδρα" wohl eine der besten Restaurants von Xanthi.

Cons:

Leider standen für uns im gebuchten Zeitraumnur nur Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten zur Verfügung. Im Frühstücksbereich wurde man immer mit einer deutlich zu lauten Lounge-Musik beschallt. Es soll Leute geben, die so etwas mögen, uns hat es überhaupt nicht gefallen. Das Hotel liegt an einer der Hauptdurchgangsstrassen von Xanthi. Bei geöffnetem Fenster war es daher auch nachts vom Autoverkehr her etwas zu laut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war man auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen, mit dem Manko der trockenen Luft.

Die Unterkunft ist komfortabel für eine Übernachtung, alles sauber, Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Badezimmer hätte Renovation nötig (Dusche funktionierte nur teilweise).

Pros:

Friendly bartender en receptionist!
The have cocomat matress and pillows but the Hotek should promot that they have this on the beds very good Greece brand / stuff
Good location for the city
Nice pool but be carefull when it is not season then is closed

Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά! Τα κρεβάτια ήταν πολύ άνετα, το δωμάτιο καθαρό και ευρύχωρο, το πρωινό τίμιο και ο χώρος γενικά προσεγμένος. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το πάρκινγκ είναι πολύ βολικό για να αφήσεις το όχημά σου με ασφάλεια, ενώ η τοποθεσία είναι καλή με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης
