Líbilo se mi všechno, pokoje obří, prostorné. Na pokoji vše co člověk potřebuje. Room service me prekvapil ze funguje az do 4:00 🕓 krasny designove prvky hotelu, snidane dokonala
The staff was always willing to help and support me. I was still recovering from a foot injury and they made the sojourn easy. All the services where as expected
Milý personál na snídani, ochotná recepce se mnou i telefonicky vše doupřesnila. Oba pokoje prostorné. Jsem vozičkář a pokoj i koupelna byly vyhovující co do velikosti. Společné prostory hotelu opravdu bez barier a dojela jsem snadno do pokoje. Snídaně bohatá, i když všechna 3 rána úplně stejná.
Koupelna sice velká, ale nebylo pro mne kde věšet ručníky - 2 malé knopky umístěné cca 1,8 metru vysoko z vozíku nedosáhnu. Nejen mně, ale i ostatním spolucestujícím chyběly odkládací prostory na vlastní toaletní potřeby, poličky zcela miniaturní. Co vadilo nejvíce - špatné vyspádování odtoku sprchy v bezbarierovém pokoji - louži jsme nakonec první večer sušily ručníkem a další 2 dny se sprchovaly jen opatrně. Rovněž křesílko v pokoji sice designové, ale hodně nizké a pro špatně se pohybujícího člověka se z něj nedá bez pomoci vstát. Hotel je na rušné křižovatce, i když to jsme věděli, ovšem rezervovali jsme pozdě a výběr bezbarierového ubytování byl daný víkend již v Olomouci mizivý. Tyto výtky nejsou nutně kritikou, ale mohly by vedení třeba přimět se zamyslet - úpravy kromě vyspádování podlahy by ani nebyly náročné.
