Excellent accommodation. Coomunication about checking in at a different location could have been clearer.

Excellent location, excellent apartment! Only complaint would be I didn’t know where to park and didn’t know checkin was in a different building. It would have been nice to know this prior to securing the room.

The apartment was excellent. A few quirky things to consider. Small elevator for one. But otherwise excellent. One big downside was the lack of instructions from Stage 12 hotel to get to the apartment and getting to stage 12 hotel in the first place. These instructions require significant attention.

We stayed 4 nights. The apartment is very well located, easier for us to enjoy the most from the city. Within walk distance to major tourist destinations and also public transport. We need to check-in at other hotel, which is a few minutes walk, and to access the apartment you need to go through a cafe, which is very unusual, but the people were very friendly, and after a while, it does not feel strange anymore. We happy with the apartment and definitely would stay there again.

It was a very nice apartment but there was no air conditioning which made our stay very uncomfortable. The apartment is also located in a very good location in the square at the old town but this also made it very loud especially having to sleep with the windows open for air.

Overpriced for an apartment with no air!

The apartment was very spacious and in an excellent location right in the centre of the Altstadt. The only minor issue is that it can be a little noisy in the evenings and again first thing in the morning when the beer delivery trucks arrive.

The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Our family of 4 had a very comfortable stay.

Strange collection of furnishings and uncomfortable. Very loud outside at night, so sleeping is a bit of a challenge. The location is great-everything within easy walking distance.

The atmosphere of Old Town Innsbruck was enchanting. Being able to look out on all the town activity while peacefully enjoying a quiet stay in our room or being able to join the crowds with just a few steps and having the option is sitting at a cafe table just downstairs was a major plus.

Dave, the owner of the cafe downstairs, was the shining star of our trip. He was amazing! While running a busy cafe, he took time to answer all our questions about the apartment, give recommendations and advice about the city, and even help concerning any issues with the apartment.

Innsbruck is a hidden jewel of a city. The Golden Roof apartments are really spacious, in the center of activity, and very comfortable. Dave is an added bonus that made this trip really memorable and helped us get the most out of our fantastic stay in Innsbruck.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The apartment had a comfy bed, was clean and in new condition, was extremely spacious, and had all kitchen amenities with even a washer. We really relaxed here. Our host was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better for all the tourist stuff, plus was near local transport. We took the train to Seefeld one day which was fun and quaint. Tons of great restaurants and shopping within an easy walk, and about a 15 minute walk to the central train station. Everything was perfect and I hardly ever say that about a hotel or apartment! Highly recommend!

The Apartment was in a perfect spot and very quiet. Staff lovely. We will use it again when we come to visit the family.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and could not have found better accommodations. A fully functioning kitchen and spacious living area made it feel like home. Highly recommend, I will definitely be coming back.

Had a truly fantastic time in Innsbruck. The apartment was immaculate and extremely well positioned. Easy walk from the train station, with a number of supermarkets close. Alfred was great in supplying us with ideas of what we should see and local knowledge. The mountains are breathtaking and it snowed which was great for us aussies. Clean city and easy to navigate. Going up the furnicular and cable car is a must. Thank you Alfred

One of our best places on our trip through Austria. Right in the beautiful old town of Innsbruck with many sights and food options right there. The host is very nice and makes sure you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

The Golden Roof Apartments are perfectly located in the center of the "action" in Innsbruck. We stepped out of the building into the beauty of Innsbruck and all it has to offer--sights, shopping, dining, Gelato! Our apartment on the top floor was beautiful, very spacious, and well appointed. Alfred was a wonderful and accommodating host. We will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit Innsbruck in the future.

Warmly greeted by the owner as we reached this clean, spacious comfortable apartment opposite the Golden Roof.
The facilities are as new and is quiet as it is at the back.
However, the view consisted of all confining walls and windows from neighbouring apartments and was on the 5th floor, reached by a small lift. There is no toilet paper holder so we had to put it on the floor so it can be reached. Also no vanity so no space for toiletry bag etc. The entrance was through a small bar so hard to get in and out, especially during busy times. Quite expensive for what you get but it suited our purposes.
