Pros:

A truly outstanding hotel that fully deserves its five-star rating. Every detail reflects quality and professionalism. We had a spacious, bright room that was cool, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind.

The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and highly professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were personally welcomed and seen off by the owner, Eugenia, and we genuinely felt her warmth and hospitality. It is clear that she truly loves what she does, and that passion is reflected throughout the entire hotel.

We especially enjoyed the restaurant and the spa massage. Compliments to the chef—every meal was excellent.

This was already our second stay here, and we will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The view from the room, from the hotel swimming pool. Breakfast is really nice with lots of choices and fruits. Coffee is from the bar.

Cons:

The concierge service is not nice. The lady seems only keen to sell you private tour or the transfer. When i ask for how to go city, or any restaurant around, there is no any input. I saw she want me to leave her desk already.

Ein Traum am Meer, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist traumhaft schön, wir hatten Glück und haben ein Upgrade in eine Poolvilla bekommen. Das Frühstück war unglaublich. Unsere Wünschen wurden uns vom absolut zuvorkommenden Personal mit großer Freundlichkeit erfüllt!

Very chilled and exactly what we were looking for from our trip.
Pros:

Excellent Location. Didn’t feel overcrowded. Staff were very friendly especially during check in and at the Pool Bar.

Cons:

Quite a slope from the pool area to reception but the Hotel were very good about arranging constant shuttle services which really helped that become less of an issue.

A true 5 Star beautiful corner of the world.
Pros:

Location away from the Old Town and on a quiet West facing hill to capture amazing sunsets. Most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept on. Room was top drawer with every need catered for. Staff were brilliant and a big shout out to Costa and Alex who made us very welcome.
