Pros:

The hotel offers beautiful views, excellent swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, and a range of attractive facilities. The overall property is impressive and has great potential for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

There are a few areas that could be improved. During breakfast, the service was entirely self-service. When I requested a glass of water, I was asked to collect it myself from the bar rather than having it brought to the table. Additionally, special requests outside the standard breakfast offerings could not be accommodated.

The pillows were also unusually large and firm, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep.

With some improvements to guest service and bedding comfort, the overall experience could be significantly enhanced.

Perfect in all matters
Pros:

everything was perfect , the View was great, the breakfast was very delicious and tons of options to choose from, the Pool is from another level , specially at Sunset, the access to the sea as well was very easy, the overall experience about everything related to the hotel was 10/10 , never to forget that we got. a free upgrade to a Duplex Unit which was perfect as well

Wyjątkowy hotel z profesjonalną i niezwykle życzliwą obsługą, przepysznym jedzeniem, pięknymi zachodami słońca, krystali

To był absolutnie wyjątkowy pobyt. Hotel spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania, a nawet je przewyższył. Obsługa jest niezwykle profesjonalna, uprzejma i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Każdy członek zespołu – od recepcji, przez obsługę restauracji, po personel przy basenie – dba o gości z ogromnym zaangażowaniem i sprawia, że można poczuć się naprawdę wyjątkowo.

Hotel jest idealnym wyborem dla osób wymagających, które cenią najwyższą jakość obsługi oraz komfort wypoczynku. Śniadania są przepyszne, przygotowane z najwyższej jakości produktów, a świeżo wyciskany sok pomarańczowy to najlepszy, jaki piliśmy podczas pobytu w Grecji. Restauracja również zasługuje na najwyższe uznanie – stek był po prostu wyśmienity.

Ogromnym atutem są przepiękne zachody słońca, które można podziwiać z hotelu, oraz wspaniała plaża z wygodnym zejściem do morza. Krystalicznie czysta woda zachwyca i sprawia, że chce się spędzać tam całe dnie.

To miejsce, do którego z ogromną przyjemnością będziemy wracać i które z czystym sumieniem polecamy każdemu, kto szuka luksusowego wypoczynku na Mykonos.
