A nice gem right in the mix..
Pros:

The important traits of this hotel are just fine - so location as everyone alludes to is a major plus - beautiful views of harbour and step out amongst it all for bars taverna restaurants and shops - excellent. Also, it's walking distance from the harbour port.
The rooms are basic, which is what we wanted as it was only a base.
A competent Aircon, fridge for storage, TV comfy bed and a balcony big enough for 1.

What isn't best is the breakfast choice, if that's your thing.
And if decor is your thing, including showering facilities, it's just simple so don't be disappointed.

But, to mitigate this is front of house welcoming and friendliness with English speaking willingly offering advice and pleasantries.
Plus: they have a lift for the hard of walking or if you have luggage.....and it's quiet!

It's obviously not a 5* accommodation, but this hotel beats with a lovely heart and we definitely enjoyed our time here in Tinos as an introduction thanks to the Hotel Lito ...

Terrible.
Pros:

We had booked two rooms one a triple with an extra bed for a six year old and a double bedroom. We had had several emails confining this but when we got there the owner ( who smelt the worst for drink) said one triple room one double. When we showed him the correspondence he said no, one triple and one double. We again told him the rooms had already been agreed but said the person who agreed to this no longer worked here He eventually said we could have two double rooms. He was rude and objectionable and his attitude was appalling. As a genius member for Hotels.com we had access to a hotline and spoke to them. They spoke to the owner and we were offered a different hotel which turned out to be much better. We would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. It is tired and not very good but more importantly the owner d not to be trusted.
