Super dårlig service, det tog dem 30 min. at checke os ind. Først sagde de at vi ikke havde nogen booking, hvor efter at de prøvede at få flere penge ud af os. Personalet kunne dårligt forstå engelsk og maden var virkelig ikke noget at skrive hjem om. Poolen var beskidt og ulækker, der var ikke en eneste gæst i vandet, kun duerne der brugte den som fuglebad.

Very old property like a refurbished convent or hospital. bed had noisy springs.

Just needed a place to sleep for a few nights and this place was fine for that. The Breakfast was good.
Shower was hot but the shower head holder was not set up so you can leave it hands free and enjoy the shower. Had to hold the handle while showering. Room was clean .Including a fridge, tv but no kettle in the room. Coffee available at reception. AC worked adequately.
very big positive is the location. Close to the UN Irish Pub and the old town area. Lots of great ares to walk around.

Enjoyable stay with comfortable accomodations. We had easy access to old city and were easily picked up for tours.

Although we did not know what to expect we were pleasantly surprised with the comfort and cleanliness. We felt very secure and enjoyed the breakfasts.

It's an older place, but they are so friendly. Will help with anything. Good , but simple breakfast in the morning. Great location. There's a good Italian place on the corner.

Location was perfect,the staff was very kind and polite, breakfast was very simple but fine, the were doind some works si i think it will look different soon,they said there was a gym but It was a room with old things only

I had a terrible experience in every possible way. Too much noise, no internet in the room, no TV, works in progress, mosquito bites, staff could not direct you anywhere. Don't let this experience ruin your stay in beautiful Chiang Mai. You'll find a much better place for much much less. I got stuck there because I paid in advance through Expedia and and getting a refund is a hassle. Otherwise, I would have left after the first night.

Such a cool staff working at the hotel. The hotel itself was great, conveniently located, and clean etc. But what I loved the most was all the cool people working at the hotel. They were so friendly, helpful with information, attentive to my needs and courteous. I happened to have a scooter accident whilst in Chiangmai, and everyone a the hotel showed me so much care and love after the accident, I was truly touched. Furthermore, in my haste to return home to have surgery for the accident, I left some cash in the room safe. They promptly secured the cash, and worked with myself, the bank and Paypal to return the cash to me ASAP. I wanted to personally thank Pal, Bow, Katty, Milk, and the 2 lovely ladies serving breakfast and managing the premises for making my stay so pleasant. I will 100% stay with you guys again the next time I come back to Chiangmai to complete my trip :)

helpful, friendly and courteous reception staff, nice easy-going atmosphere. I enjoyed esp that I could swim at any time -no closings posted, no locked doors as encountered elsewhere.
Breakfast was a bit stingy -they wanted $1 extra for an extra coffee, for example! But overall the place was convenient and relaxed. Good value despite the coffee shortage!!

You definitely get what you pay for. Very outdated and we'd a lot of work but if served its purpose. Very close to surrounding temples and massage places. Breakfast is a joke don't even bother paying for it. The owners are very kind and try their best to accommodate requests.

Perto do portao , facil acesso a tudo , tem um bom restaurante na porta varias lojas de conveniencia perto .

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location within the old city walls. Clean room. Nice small breakfast included. Short walk to Sunday Street Market night.
